Extremely satisfied! The room was perfectly equipped and even had a spacious balcony. The kitchen was a huge bonus, making it incredibly convenient to prepare our own meals. There's a large supermarket just a short walk to the right from the exit, and all the main attractions are within easy walking distance.

The most luxurious and spacious hotel in the whole of our Italy trip. There were buses around the hotel that takes you to the centre of Florence. Daily cleaning was provided too which we appreciated! The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. The furnishings are luxurious, we especially enjoyed using the projector and there was even a washing machine even though we did not use it. Do note that this hotel room is a 3-4min walk from the main hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here and will recommend this hotel :)

The decoration and facilities are so good, providing a sense of safety and comfort, especially for solo travellers like me. The only thing is there are mosquitoes that wake me up everyday and even bite my eyelid today😂. But everything else is great. The breakfast is delicious.

If the weather is very hot or not very good, people (such as me) will be a little unable to walk and there is a c1 bus nearby to the scenic spot. You don't want to wait an hour, don't sit! ! Its timetable is a joke. You never know if this car will come and when it will come, but I am willing to live a little farther for a beautiful room. It is worth it. Disadvantage 2 is a bit unpleasant for me because although it is listed in the hotel list, it is actually a homestay, so there is no problem with the front desk. I can contact the landlord by email. However, although he can write, he can contact at any time, but after contacting, he will not immediately return to the first night of the stay. There was no hot water when I took a shower in the room. I sent an email to the landlord the next day. Until the last day, I checked out and left. He didn't reply to me. He even sent an email to remind me to check out on time. I didn't help me solve the hot water problem! If it weren't for coming back to rest at noon, I just met the cleaning aunt and asked her to help me solve it. I didn't have hot water to take a bath the next day, so once I encountered a problem, because there is no front desk, it may be impossible to solve it... In addition to this, everything else is perfect. The nearby cafe recommended by the landlord is also delicious. By the way, the Chinese Embassy is also nearby. The security is full.

A family hotel with six rooms, clean and tidy. The boss is very nice. The city centre is a 20-minute walk away. There are public parking spaces nearby downstairs, but they are usually full. Need to find a parking space.
