Hotels in Isolotto - Legnaia, Florence

I used it as a place to stay during my trip to Florence. It's a little far from the center of Florence, but you can easily get there by tram. The room had a great atmosphere and was very clean. Also, the breakfast is wonderful. It seems that they have a restaurant attached, and they serve a wonderful breakfast there. This is a hotel I would like to visit again.

Bad experiences with this Hilton hotel. It should not be called Hilton. 1) My reservation could not be found in the system. So I had to wait for almost an hour before getting the room which is almost 10pm. 2) I was told that I had to contact trip.com in the morning regarding my booking. Hoerver, trip.com customer service agent was very attentive and fix this issue for me in the next morning immediately. 3) The phone in my room was out of order. I told the front desk to have it fixed while I was out but when I am back it was still out of order. So, I had to walk down to the front desk everytime I want to get some service.

It was clean. Its alright but sauna is extra charges when its not specified. I wouldnt have paid more than 150 euro per nite if sauna is extra every single time Location is a bit off but not much of an issue i would say 3 star of 5 star experience

Travelers who use the airport have a greater advantage than hotels near tourist attractions. ＜Price＞ Compared to hotels near tourist attractions, it has an advantage in terms of price, and the surrounding marts are also cheap. ＜Facility＞ It is managed perfectly as a four-star hotel. There are no broken facilities, and the shower temperature is warm. Breakfast is American Buffet-style, and the handmade cake is delicious. ＜Service＞ Service is fast and motivated. When we arrived, some problems occurred, but the hotel actively solved and compensated us. Anyone can make a mistake, and I think, we can see the true value in solving it. ＜Comprehensive Evaluation＞I appreciate the enthusiasm and authenticity of this hotel.
