The check in is so terrible. People have to wait for an hour for check-in. I can see other traveller are so mad and frustrated about this. The staff is friendly though but it just take so long for a check in. There is no curtain between bed in the dorm room, and feel like in a prison🤣. I have been to so many hostel but this one is the worst honestly. You need to put the keycard in the door side to have electricity for the dorm room. Yes it is a dorm room! The design is so stupid for applying in a dorm room. Why so stupid!!!?

This hotel is absolutely fantastic – a definite must-stay when in Florence! The room facilities were excellent, and the lobby offered complimentary drinks. We also enjoyed the table tennis, swings, and super comfortable chairs. The rooftop bar boasts breathtaking, unbeatable night views, meaning you don't even need to go to the main square to admire the Florence Cathedral. They even have a photo booth on-site, though unfortunately, it was out of order during our visit, which was a bit of a pity.

I recently stayed at Popartment in Florence, and overall, it was a great experience. The room was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring the city. The amenities offered were more than sufficient, making the stay comfortable. I particularly appreciated the kitchen area, which allowed for some light cooking. The breakfast provided was decent, with a good selection to start the day. The neighborhood around Popartment was quiet and serene, which made for peaceful evenings, yet it was conveniently close to restaurants and shops. A short walk to the tram stop made it easy to access the city's main attractions, and the nearby establishments provided a variety of options for dining and shopping. The one area where improvement could be made is with housekeeping. While it’s understandable that the room isn't cleaned daily, I would recommend at least providing a service to take away the trash regularly. Overall, Popartment is a solid choice for anyone looking for a spacious, well-located, and peaceful stay in Florence.

The room is clean and tidy, and it is relatively large. There are many Chinese restaurants around, and you can walk to various attractions. But because it is near the train station, there are sometimes teenagers screaming at night, which is quite annoying. Service: A very socially friendly hotel. The front desk is only open in the morning. When we arrived at night, we registered the information online in advance. The hotel sent us the check-in information for self-check-in. We didn't send the information on the morning of our check-in day, so we were a little anxious. Fortunately, Ctrip helped to call for consultation and sent it immediately. There are two doors in front of the room, both of which are password locked, which is safe. You have to climb one floor. There is an old European elevator that we didn't dare to use. We basically didn't see anyone in and out of the hotel. When checking out, just give the key to the lady at the front desk, and you can store your luggage.

The hotel is a personal B&B. There are seven rooms on the first floor and an apartment on the fifth floor. You can cook by yourself, but there is no elevator. The location is ok. It is a ten-minute walk from the train station and can be reached on foot to various scenic spots. The hostess of the hotel is easy-going and the service is okay.

The apartments fully match the description. Very clean, comfortable. We were in early October, it was a little cool. From what you can improve: basic spices, salt, sugar, butter, tea, cleaning napkins. At the cool time of the year you can add a heater. The location is a prime! Only around 7mins walk from the train station and around 6 mins walk to Catheral of Santa Maria! You can access the main sightseeing spots by walking! the loft was very cozy and very clean! Bed mattress is not too hard and not too soft, i had great sleep every night. It was fully equipped with kitchen appliances, such as kettle, big fridge, stoves etc, very convenient if you would like to cook, especially when travelling with family. Bathroom was spacious, with a hair dryer that can really dry you hair! Hot water is hot enough! Staff was so friendly and helpful! I arrived around 11am , they let me check in even it was not the check-in time yet! On the day of departure, you can also leave your luggage’s at the basement，and you can pick them up anytime before the staff gets off work! Definitely will come back next time when i travel to Firenze again!
