Covenient walking distance to Florence main train starion. Easy to get around to nearby attractiioms too. Nice and spacious room. Would be even better if the room lighrs to have more warm lightings selection instead.

Brand new hotel that is quiet and extremely clean. The staff is amazing and extremely welcoming and friendly. We stayed in the ”Cosy Terrace” and it was right next to a school so you could hear the kids playing during the day. It was Cosy, not a huge room but super cute. The outside terrace was nice to get outside and sit. The breakfast was delicious with a full menu to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel location was very good, cleaning, and the service was excellent. NO AIR CONDITIONING! The hotel employees stated that the city doesn't allow turning on the AC until June. The windows only can be opened a little, so you can breathe at night. I had to get up 2 times each night, take a shower to refreshen up and be able to sleep. AC only in the lobby area of the hotel. A 200 euros night hotel, without AC ??? When I picked the hotel, I picked it with wifi, AC, and breakfast. Silvia, from Florida, USA.

Breakfast can be much better. It is an expensive hotel but their breakfast buffet doesn't have fresh fruit, poor cheese selection and they also don't serve multi grain bread. For some reason, i felt like the staff were serving the Europeans faster. Also, at the hotel reception, the staff will give you incorrect information regarding the city tours and hotels. Please be careful

I stayed at the hotel for only one night, but I wish I could have stayed for a bit longer to properly enjoy it. I didn't have high expectations because of the mixed reviews online. However, when I arrived, what I found was friendly and helpful staff, and great rooms. I guess I really wasn't expecting much, so was impressed by everything. The room had everything I needed, even free water and coffee. I wish there was an iron in the hotel though, but not all hotels have irons in the rooms, understandable. The shower had a ”water spent” device installed onto it which gave me anxiety because I realised I spent too much water just by trying to figure how the shower works (which one is hot/cold? etc). I liked the vibe of the hotel bar, and loved that the hotel's front garden was closed at night, only way in was by using your room key, which I guess is for safety reasons. Wish I had enough time to swim in the pool, it looked very clean. The bar had a wonderful vibe. The lifts are a bit confusing and very slow for year 2024. But I'm not sure that can be fixed without a massive investment. Would make the guests a lot happier though. Overall, I would use this hotel again for my next stay in Florence. And that says something, because I usually like to change hotels and don't tend to stay at the same place twice.

I thought the room was small, but it was actually quite good. The breakfast was quite rich, which was quite good for a three-star hotel. The transportation was also very convenient, and there was the Rome Opera House nearby, so you could book tickets early.

The room is huge. The triple room is relatively comfortable, the breakfast is rich, and the service is very warm. But the elevator is not easy to use. It takes a long time to wait. The old-fashioned mechanical elevator is not easy to use.

Great~ A wonderful stay experience. It was late on the day of check-in, and two beautiful girls were waiting at the front desk. They checked in in detail, enthusiastically, skillfully and quickly. When I opened the door of the room, I saw a large loft with curtains decorated with ”Florence”~ The stove, kitchenware, tableware and refrigerator are all available. The sofa, desk and TV are upstairs. When I was tired of walking during the day, I nestled in the sofa upstairs and opened a bottle of red wine, ”Florence”~ The large parking lot cannot be found without opening the first door of the hotel. The hotel has a ”sky view”, and the sun shines in, blending with the ancient buildings, flowers and bonsai, ”Florence”~

If u are driving, pls pls use the hotel private parking!! It only costs eur 30, but it is absolutely worth it. First, as a visitor we can only park in blue line area outside of hotel, the rest is for local residence. For parking the whole day, u will need to pay around 25 eur in blue line area, BUT with high risk of people break in ur car and steal stuff, it happened to us unfortunately :( However, besides the incidence which nothing do with the hotel, we love the stay with this hotel great location with very good price and spacious room. The room was quite big and clean. The staff was very nice. I didn't pick up my luggage until the next day because I was in Cinque Terre and was afraid I wouldn't be able to come back, so I had to store my luggage for a day. I am especially grateful to the hotel staff. The breakfast was also very rich. Both the elderly and children liked it very much. It was also very delicious. I hope to go again if I have the chance.
