Best thing about this hotel is centrally located. 3 mins walk to Duomo and other places in no more than 10 minutes. The room was a bit small than I expected. Interior decoration is classy with all high quality luxury materials. Breakfast was quality but not a buffet. Bed was great. Staffs are helpful.

The room is super clean. Although it is a historic hotel, it is well maintained. Guests can enjoy two hours of hot springs every day, but the water temperature is not high, about 33 degrees, not the kind of hot springs. The breakfast is delicious. There is also a Michelin 2-star restaurant in the hotel, which can be reserved when booking. You can walk to the left and right attractions within ten minutes, highly recommended!

Next to the old bridge in Florence, 403 river view suite, the living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Arno River, the location is good and the scenery is good, but the heating is not too hot. On the third day, we were upgraded to the larger family river view suite 405 next door, with a dining room for six people and two bathrooms, which is even better👍🏻 The hotel breakfast is also very rich. recommend!

The most expensive hotel I have stayed in so far at my own expense - impeccably beautiful 💚🤍❤️ The guy who helped check in was even more amazingly beautiful. The dinner was delicious + the breakfast was very atmospheric 🥂 I will stay here again when I go to Florence next year 🇮🇹

Nice boutique hotel, room is outdated but can see the old charm, breakfast is really good and the ambiance is really nice :) overall is a good hotel writhing value !

This hotel is located in the city center, 3 minutes walk to the Old Bridge, 1 minute to the Uffizi Gallery, and only 5 minutes to Santa Maria del Fiore. It is really convenient. The room is very modern, with a strong sense of design, and the windows are also very Florentine. The bathroom is well equipped, cleaned very promptly every day, and chocolates were given at night. The extra bed is very comfortable. There are two places to choose for breakfast in the hotel. We chose the rooftop garden, which is a really beautiful place to have breakfast. There is even a small hot spring next to it. The breakfast is also rich, cute and exquisite. Prosecco is also available. The staff is very warm and friendly. It is a modern and warm hotel. It is particularly good 👍🏻 It is also worth mentioning that the restaurant on the top floor of this hotel is still recommended by Michelin, and there are many people queuing up every day.

This place was amazing. Very centrally located with views to the Duomo. The apartment was very large and the kitchen well equipped. The third bedroom was in a separate self contained unit off the room terrace, a lovely little surprise.

If you want to choose a hotel close to the Old Bridge, the Uffizi Gallery, and the Lord's Square, this is a good choice. Should belong to the nature of family hotels, the front desk has seen three, of which the grandfather is very nice, after checking out, waiting for the car to order the coffee and finally exempt. The rest of the hotel is next to the old bridge, 10 meters to the right is the old bridge, and 10 meters to the left is the Uffizi Gallery, the location is excellent. The room hardware is quite normal, but very warm.
