Simone was responsive and very helpful from the time we booked and throughout our stay. The location was quiet, slightly off the main city center but near most attractions. The neighborhood was charming and very walkable to eating places and markets. Will stay at his guest house again when we return to Firenze.

The overall room was great. The bathoom and bedroom were updated. Until about 12am, it is very noisy outside. Check in was fairly simple. The bed was extremely comfortable. The walls are thin. I definitely heard the conversation of a couple in the next room. Overall, its a great place to stay. Close enough to city center but not too close that you feel claustrophobic.

The room in a beautiful palazzo was very nice , clean
and comfortable. I would recommend highly for anyone visiting for a short stay. This location is close to everything

I recommend this guesthouse with a super positive review for various reasons: Impeccable cleanliness, excellent mattress (which is not trivial for my back), kindness and availability of Simone, the owner, the location, convenient to the whole historic centre! 2nd floor with lift. The 4 rooms all have private bathrooms, there is a lovely common area with a kettle and a wide choice of teas and herbal teas, cups, glasses and a fridge where each guest has their own dedicated shelf. Very well organised. Good quality/price ratio. Absolutely recommendable.
