The room was not clean and dusty everywhere. Although the hotel profile shows elevator is available however our room did not have access to elevator. We had to lift our suitcases to the ground floor and then to outside for taxi and staff did not seem to care to help. Definitely do not recommend this hotel

Rooms made every day. Close to everything walking distance. Simply an amazing experience overall. Staff goes beyond to help you . Recommend this hotel anytime.

Daniele checked us in. He was magnificent: Friendly, informative and helpful. He spoke English very well. The room was small but had all the amenities. The walls were all white. Everything was clean and well kept. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Hotel is located right near the Arno River, short walk to Ponte Vecchio. The gym was anemic - the room was very small, the treadmill was broken as was the universal. That left only the stepping machine and a few free weights.

The hotel was centrally located. We were able to walk to many things. Our shower was not draining properly. We were with another couple and their air conditioner went out and was not repaired quickly.
