Strongly recommended! Located right by the Arno River. Florence itself is quite compact, so all the major attractions are within walking distance. The staff were extremely warm and attentive. The room was spotless, neatly arranged, and equipped with scented diffusers – very satisfied!

The hotel room is very good, comfortable and spacious. There are murals on the roof of the restaurant, which should be the house of a rich family. There is a 24-hour service in the hotel lobby, and there are very nice smiles every day, which feels very warm. In the mini bar in the room, you can drink water, drinks and cola as you like, which is quite generous. The only drawback is the geographical location. All the attractions are on the east side of the train station, and the hotel is on the west side of the train station. Although it is not very far, it is a bit difficult to get there on such a hot day. Of course, you can take the bus, but after trying it, the bus experience is not very good.

It is about a 12-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella Station. It is a bit far from the main sightseeing place, but we enjoyed the view of the river on the way. There are some great bars and gelateria in the area. The room we booked was in an annex building. Albeit a little small, it was beautiful, quiet and comfortable. The hair shampoos, treatments, and hand soap used were from Florence and were of excellent quality. Other facilities were also really nice.
The staff was kind and very helpful. Overall, we loved it!

Very pleasantly surprised hotel! The location is excellent, close to the American Consulate in Fei Leng Cui and the river. The hotel is in the rental part of a villa. There are not many rooms, but they are all large, with high ceilings and murals, just like in an old castle. The service staff are friendly and responsive. The breakfast room is also very cultural, the food is a la carte, cooked to order, tastes good, and the waiters are very friendly. Parking is also available, but you have to pay a parking fee of 30 euros per day, and the hotel staff will help you park in a nearby parking lot. This is the most comfortable hotel in our trip to Italy.
