Paola, Roberto and Alessandra were excellent hosts. They gave us tips where to eat and where to enjoy ourselves. Besides the hotel room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. We all had a kettle in the room and tea available too. We also had a wine opener in each room....these small things make your stay a pleasant and comfortable one.

Great location as its in the center and close to everything. The beds were super comfortable and the room was very clean. The service provided was even better as the staff took the time to explain to us which restaurants/places to visit!

This hotel was absolutely amazing. 5 minutes from the train station make it very convenient to travel and walk around. The hotel is on an excellent street that is very central. Staff was kind and helpful, hotel was quiet. Rooms were clean and tidy with beautiful high ceilings. Coffee bar with cookies, tea, and an espresso machine is right outside of the rooms near the entrance. Affordable and great spot!

Grande accoglienza, disponibilità e pulizia della camera. La ragazza che ci ha accolti è stata così gentile da indicarci anche i principali siti d'interesse Fiorentini, oltre a ristoranti e locali di spicco. Vista l'accoglienza ricevuta, se ripasseremo per Firenze, torneremo sicuramente.

Hotel ubicato a 5 minuti dalla stazione e a pochi passi dal centro. La camera spaziosa, pulita e decorata con gusto. Servizio impeccabile! La signora Alejandra ci ha accolto con gentilezza e disponibilità e ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli fino alla partenza. A localização é excelente! Fizemos tudo caminhando pela cidade. O quarto era espaçoso o suficiente, confortável e limpo. O atendimento foi um show à parte! Fomos super bem recepcionados e nos sentimos em casa. Com certeza me hospedaria aqui novamente!

El lugar perfecto donde alojarse si visitas Florencia. Habitaciones acogedoras, muy cuidadas, nevera que enfría muy bien y rápido las bebidas y ventanas que cuando cierras no se oye nada del exterior. Hay smart TV y puedes conectar tu Netflix y Prime, no olvides desconectarlo al acabar tu estancia. En el pasillo de la planta encontrarás, cafe, té, agua fría , galletas durante las 24 horas. Alejandra es un encanto y te explicará todo sobre la ciudad y como hacer todo más facil. Está situado a 5 minutos caminando de la estación de tren y a 8' del Duomo. El Mercado central que en su planta alta tiene restaurantes de todo tipo está a 4 minutos, no dejes de visitarlo.
