I pre-booked about a month in advance a room with this provider for 3 nights in early June 2022, only for them to cancel my booking the day before I was due to arrive for no reason. They did not reply to my queries about the cancellation and I had to find another place which ended up being smaller and costing a lot (126 euros more, to be exact) more. One can only conclude that a booking with this property is worthless - they will simple cancel it if it suits them financially. Surely it's better to stay away from businesses like this.

Sitio a EVITAR. He visto que a otra gente le ha pasado lo mismo que a mí. Nos cancelaron la reserva unos días antes de llegar. Una semana antes de la llegada, nos dicen que la tarjeta “no es válida” (algo que no era cierto). Volvimos a poner una tarjeta distinta y volvieron a decir que no funcionaba (de nuevo, incierto). Tuvimos que coger un nuevo alojamiento. No contestan a las llamadas ni a los mensajes.
