前台的女孩非常熱情，給我了一件4樓景色很漂亮的房間. 酒店設施有點老舊，還算很乾凈. 會有咯吱咯吱的地板聲和傢俱聲. 早餐的餐廳非常漂亮，可以看到教堂景色. 餐食非常一般.離中央車站非常近，交通很方便.

酒店位置一流，去每一個酒店和購物點都方便，住在這裏我幾乎逛遍了羅馬，非常安全沒有遇到任何小偷。酒店方面早餐豐盛，最初訂的基礎雙人房，入住馬桶不乾淨，浴室地面漏水，和攜程溝通第一時間聯繫了酒店前台，前台服務態度非常好，第一時間給我入室檢查維修，並於第二日為我升級更換了更好的套房，雖然套房床頭有新床的味道，但不影響體驗，新換的房間衞生做的非常好，特別是酒店前台工作人員重視客户體驗還送了我每日免費咖啡券。這和去年在英國的五星級酒店體驗形成鮮明對比，英國很傲慢且不重視中國客户，意大利人非常勤奮努力也重視客户體驗。為了這我也會再次光臨這家酒店。
