Great location. Close to everything, e.g. attractions, shops, cafes and restaurants, but on relatively quiet street. This is a guest house, not a hotel. There is no concierge service but keyless entry to building and room was easy. Room not as elegant looking as picture on Hotels.con. Room was plain but a good size by budget EU hotel standards with a big, firm comfortable bed an upgraded bathroom with a nice shower with plenty of hot water and good pressure. Room was very clean, as were linens and towels.

This is the perfect place to stay in the middle of Florence for walking to everything that you will want to see. Safe and secure. (The elevator was an extra bonus - no carrying bags up the stairs.)

Clean, comfortable, well appointed and welcoming. The location is within walking distance of every important, wonderful, historic city landmark. The included breakfast, located at Ok Bar on the corner, is excellent. The best croissants! The neighborhood is full of shopping and restaurants. We found that all our needs were met. Highly recommended.

Ich habe im Januar für Juni 2024 zwei Zimmer in diesem B&B gebucht. Als wir am 12.06. 2024 dort kamen, der Fahrstuhl war kaputt und mussten wir unserer Koffer bis zum dritten Stock tragen. Das Treppenhaus war voll mit Insektenvernichter und vor meinem Zimmer waren zwei große Truhen mit schmutzigen Wäsche. Im Flur zu dem zweiten Zimmer standen auf eine Holzkiste mehre Kartons und verhinderten den Ausgang. Überall in den Zimmer gab es Staub. Zwei positive Sache kann Mann diesem B&B zuschreiben, gutes Frühstück bei den netten Jungs von Osteria ok, und die Nähe zu fast allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Nicht zu empfehlen
