Very nice stay. Polite staff always helpfull Good room and very clean. Bathroom inside the room Perfect position so close to the city centre. Bus stop downstair and walking distance to duomo. We really thanks federica and giacomo for the stay

Camera pulita e spaziosa, bagno piccolino ma molto pulito. Vicino al centro tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Fermata dell autobus sotto l hotel Personale gentile e disponibile sempre reperibile tramite whatsapp. Lo consiglio davvero. Siamo stati bene

Perfect stay. Nice staff. A huge thankyou to Federica. She was so polite and helpfull, always quick answering to any request. The room was clean and cozy. The position is perfect close to the city centre but not noisy. Thank you to all the staff for the nice stay.

The overall stay was good. I was disappointed there was no lift. I'm somewhat physically challenged and walking 4 flights of stairs was a bit tough.
Overall, the property served my needs.

No esperes un hotel grande y lujoso, es magnífico para una estancia corta en Florencia, muy seguro y cómodo, limpio y tranquilo, las instalaciones son buenas y no son viejas, y tiene un estilo propio. agradezco a la chica que me atendió, muy amable desde el principio hasta el final. Me encantó Florencia!

Sono stato dal 26/12,al 28 dicembre di quest’anno con mia moglie e mio figlio e il nostro amato cagnolino, appena arrivati subito ci siamo resi conto che le foto del sito non rispecchiavano quelle reali, camere piccole non pulite per niente bene , letti piccoli , riscaldamento inesistente, e per non parlare dei bagni, bidet inesistente, doccia con telo che a mio avviso antigienico, set da bagno che non bastava nemmeno per una persona, per non parlare del water, se fossi stato una persona più alta( la mia altezza 1,75) non potevo nemmeno sedermi perché le ginocchia toccavano il muro….. l’unica cosa positiva è che accettano animali, per il resto sono rimasto molto deluso…..

Le premesse erano buone, hanno risposto celermente alle domande fatte in anticipo tramite whatsapp, appena arrivati pero’ ci e’ sembrato piu’ un b&b senza colazione che un Hotel. La ragazza che ci ha accolto e’ stata molto gentile, pero’ la stanza non ha soddisfatto le aspettative, purtroppo era un po’ fatiscente e non pulita come ci si aspetterebbe. Dalle foto sembrava un’altra cosa. Le porte sottili fanno sentire qualsiasi cosa succeda in corridoio, come ragazzi giovani chiassosi che tornano dalla serata. Non ci sono coperte aggiuntive per chi potesse avere freddo. Il bagno era privo di bidet e molto piccolo. Anche dopo la pulizia del primo giorno la situazione non e’ migliorata, il wii fii funziona bene, c’ e’ un frigo comune, lo definirei un’ affittacamere per ragazzi giovani con poche pretese, per una famiglia lo trovato insufficiente, unico vantaggio è la posizione molto vicina al centro.
