My overall stay
The room we resided in for 2 nights is not worth the price. There were multiple minor issues that have accumulated over time during our stay. First thing is the mini fridge. Our fridge that was provided for us in the room was not getting anything cold, even after the setting changes, which spoiled most of our foods we planned to eat. Then it was the “complementary” food. In my opinion, the food there is not worth eating, better off at a different establishment. Then it was the pool, which was falsely advertised on the site we booked on. The pool was closed permanently which defeated the purpose of putting up false descriptions. Lastly was the elevator. There is only one working elevator, which is not efficient at all. It has cost many individuals to be late to their duties because of the lack of elevators which the company provides. Overall this hotel is not worth the price, especially for longer stays, and it is better off paying an extra 100 bucks for better overall service.

I spent a weekend in April 2025 hanging out with friends in the Florence area and spent two nights at this Comfort Suites. (We arrived on a Friday afternoon and checked out Sunday morning.) Overall, this is a decent hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our check-in experience was quick and easy, and our room (#403) was clean and comfortable. No issues at all. I can't really speak to the breakfast because we opted to have breakfast elsewhere both mornings of our stay. The only thing about the hotel that was a bummer was that the indoor pool and hot tub were closed due to repairs. (One of my friends and I had hoped to use the hot tub.) Hopefully the pool and hot tub will be able to re-open soon for other guests to use.

When we checked in, I guess I was down for two nights and when I got there, I told them it was only going to be one night so I was told I had to talk to someone in regards to that so hopefully you can fix whatever went wrong. I will check my credit card later so everything can go through And hopefully I would have some type of communication from you to let me know what’s going on with that transaction thank you

Door lock didn’t work on arrival, but was fixed the next morning.
Everyone very friendly, but had to ask for TP twice, cups once.
