Never again! Das Einchecken war dank dem ungenügend vorhandenen und inkompetenten Personals an der Reception eine Geduldsprobe. Keine Hilfe beim Transport des Gepäcks bis ins Zimmer und beim Finden des Wegs von der Garage bis ins Zimmer - dafür einen langen Vortrag zum Spa Special. Das Essen am ersten Abed "Peruanischer Hühnerschenkel mit Baked Potatoes und Sauce Bearnaise" war eine Katastrophe. Bearnaise kalt aus dem Kühlschrank, die Kartoffel ohne Folie - ähnlich wie Kartoffelstock (total verkocht), das Huhn zerschnippelt - schmeckte wie vom Vortag. Der Zimmerservice kam nicht oder wenn wir zurück vom Wandern kamen. Keine Wanderempfehlungen, keinen Busfahrplan .........Viele Entschuldigungen aber trotzdem angeblich 4 Sterne. Aus unserer Suite senden wir dem Hotel jedenfalls sehr schlechte Noten.

This is a very nice location, excellent clean and breakfast. The service team is amazing, everybody was very kind and Victor promptly resolved with class an issue during our stay.

Poca scelta di alimenti glutenfree per la colazione, abbiamo chiesto più volte al cameriere se si potesse avere ancora il müsli con la cioccolata, stiamo ancora aspettando una risposta. Per quanto riguarda l’albergo, tutto ok.

Das Hotel wird seiner Kategorie 4*, nicht gerecht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist maximal 3* würdig. Die Brotwaren sind von gestern oder vorgestern? Das Omelett sah aus wie vorgefertigt! Bo Frost? Das Rührei sah unappetitlich aus! Es wird nicht zeitgerecht Ersatz besorgt. Das Personal ist nett, aber nur wenige sind der deutschen Sprache mächtig! Qualifikation? Im Soldanella, Kat. 3*, gibt es KEINEN Kühlschrank mehr. Bei den Temperaturen, eine Zumutung! Nettes Hotel, gute Lage.

Amazing hotel, with super spa, swimming pools and common areas. Good restaurant and rich breakfast. Room is nice and with comfortable bathroom. Staff is friendly and helpful. Really exceeding by far our expectation and in view of the bad weather on Saturday we really enjoyed the spa and swimming pools indoor and outdoor.
