Härligt läge mitt i Flachau, bara två minuter från liften och nära till alla restauranger. Vänlig personal som hjälpte oss med liftkort redan i receptionen. Frukosten var helt okej, det kunde dock bli lite kö då det inte var så stort frukostområde. Rummet var fint och rent vid ankomst, vi saknade dock diskmedel och diskborste vilket vi tyckte borde finnas.

Goed appartement op loopafstand van de Starjet 1 lift. De slaapkamers zijn voorzien van prima bedden met goede matrassen. Het ontbijtbuffet is goed verzorgt. Als je 's avonds iets wilt drinken kun je dit beneden uit de koelkast pakken en op een formulier aangeven wat je gedronken hebt. Goed werkende gratis wifi. In een woord perfect.

Wir kommen seit etlichen Jahren ins Crystls und fühlen uns dort sehr wohl. Kommendes Jahr werden wir wieder kommen, die Atmosphäre im Haus ist sehr familiär und angenehm. Das gesamte Personal ist extrem bemüht, den Aufenthalt möglichst angenehm zu gestalten und kümmert sich sehr rasch um die Anliegen.

Excellent hotel (helpful and friendly personnel, good facilities, ski storage, sauna) excellent breakfast (all very fresh and wide assortment) and excellent location (near skilift, rental, shops and restaurants).

Ein perfekter Urlaub mit Wohlfühlfaktor! Tolle Zimmer, sehr gute Ausstattung, es fehlt an nichts. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das gesamte Team ist sehr bemüht u. freundlich. Urlaub mit Wiederholungsgarantie! Wir kommen wieder!

Very pleasant Aparthotel in close proximity to Star Jet 1. We have stayed with two families of four ppl and enjoyed our stay. Naturally we tried to be on the piste as much as possible :-). The breakfast buffet is unrivalled.

Jeder Extrawunsch und jede Bitte wurde umgehend erfüllt. Selten so ein freundliches und motiviertes Team erlebt. Rundum absolut zufrieden mit Ausstattung und Service. Die große Wohnung war spitze mit allem was für einen entspannten Urlaub notwendig ist
