We got on the wrong bus from the airport, were supposed to go to fiumicino and it was getting late. We got a bit stressed, because we did not know how where we were, in the dark it felt like the middle of nowhere. So we went inside a cafe and asked for a hotel, as we Just needed a hotel close to the airport for our early flight the next day. Got directions to this hotel, and I really must say this saved our night. First of all: The lady in reception was so sweet and helpful. Fluent in english, humouristic and just over all a good person. This meant a lot to us, you cant imagine, we were so tired and she gave us a room right away. The hotel has a really good energy, athmosphere and the room was exquisite! The bathroom is the first you see when you come in, it is really modern, had a wonderful bathtub and an ENOURMOUS "tropical" shower. What a joy to Just be in this bathroom. Room was very, very clean, the bed was from 1-6, 6 in comfort, had a good sleep. Its very nice light in the rooms too, calm and I also must say: you are right by the sea. Breakfast is good, also with ham and Cheese for us that are from Norway and dont like sweets for breakfast. Fruit, pancakes, juice, coffe, cereal. All you need. I do not know for sure, but I think the hotel is from the 1970's but renovated. We loved it! In other words: Our little lost adventure ended up in us Finding a nice Town and a hotel we will surely visit again. They also have bikes avaliable:) Thank you so much for our stay, we will see you again :)

We had a great time. Super clean rooms, very kind staff, comfortable and very well looked after environment. The hotel is in a strategic position in front of the sea. We took advantage of the good weather for a walk during sunset. We'll be back soon

Fregene is a little gem on the Lazio coast, miraculously escaped the building speculation that has massacred other localities, especially south of Rome; kingdom of second villas (other than houses) Fregene has few hotels and the one with the best location is certainly La Conchiglia: classic hotel built in the 60s, adapted to today's taste, the 8 rooms with sea view are spectacular; a stone's throw from the sea, with a dedicated Lido, thanks to the bicycles you can park the car at the start of the holiday and then never take it again

Excellent room, location and services. Even for my dad who is 90 years old everything was comfortable and excellent! The cuisine was also excellent. Both the proximity to the establishment and the privately served lunches and dinners contributed to the stay being truly exceptional.
