La gestione cura molto la presentazione del cibo, molto fresco e diversificato. Ci sono stata con i miei alunni e i miei colleghi ed ho ricevuto grande attenzione e disponibilità. Un complimento particolare per lo chef ,molto attento alle richieste di docenti e alunni.

Raccomandatissimo! Personale molto gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Pulizia accurata, cambio costante di asciugamani e tappeto doccia. Disponibilità a variare giornalmente il menù della pensione completa, varietà per intolleranze. Grazie per averci fatto sentire come a casa!

Hotel universo è famiglia.Sia il proprietario che lo staff tutto è di una cortesia e gentilezza uniche camere spaziose e belle il cibo è ottimo insomma è da andarci x costatarlo Comunque io e i miei amici stiamo programmare un altro soggiorno

Che dire, ormai è diventata una piacevole abitudine, hotel confortevole, caldo ed accogliente. I proprietari Mauro e Stefano non smettono mai di sorprenderti con la loro simpatia ed ospitalità. Quest'anno le decorazioni natalizie sono incredibili nei loro dettagli, merito della moglie di Stefano, Ornella. Credo che l'atmosfera Natalizia renda tutto più magico ed affascinante.

MAI PIÙ Nessuna osservanza del divieto di uso sigarette elettroniche all'interno dell'hotel e scortesia del proprietario. Glli ho dovuto chiedere per tre volte d'intervenire, poi anziché dirgli " È vietato", gli ha detto "Alla signora dà fastidio" e mi ha trattata malissimo, alzando la voce. Purtroppo ho pagato all'inizio, altrimenti sarei ripartita immediatamente oggi stesso

Ritorno in questo albergo con molto piacere. L' accoglienza è calda ,la sensazione provata è di stare in famiglia.I proprietari sono sempre cortesi e disponibili ad ogni richiesta del cliente.La cucina è varia,tutto il personale sempre attento e gentile.La struttura ha un'ottima ubicazione,è facile raggiungere a piedi la piazza , il corso principale e le terme Bonifacio.Lo consiglio vivamente.
