The location of the hotel was perfect to do your sightseeing. 3 very good restaurants were a stones throw away and all were highly recommended by the hotel. We were aware that you cannot park in the old town, but used one of the parking garage services that they recommended and it was no issues. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Our room was very clean and the bathroom and shower were also very good. We just wished now that we actually would have stayed 2 nights to really enjoy Matera.

Ottima esperienza, camera confortevole e ampia. La Spa con la sua grande piscina riscaldata con varie zone di idromassaggio, percorso Kneip, docce emozionali, sauna e bagno turco, tisaneria e altro è molto accogliente. Inoltre c'è una piscina riscaldata esterna e possibilità di effettuare massaggi (extra su prenotazione). Il personale della reception, della sala pranzo e della Spa gentilissimi e attenti alle richieste degli ospiti.

Le 5 stelle vanno alle terme, molto belle e percorsi sensazionali. Varie aree relax con lettini ad acqua, bella anche la parte delle tisane, siamo state molto bene, buono il cibo, buona la colazione a buffet inclusa nel pacchetto. Piacevole fine settimana.

Pulizia da rivedere. Ho evidenziato la presenza della culla cadente ma non mi è stata sostituita. Frigo bar praticamente vuoto. Dopo aver finito le due bottiglie di acqua non mi son state neanche sostituite se non dopo averle chieste alla reception e arrivate dopo mezz’ora. Sicuramente non è un 4 stelle viste le camere in decadenza. Cena con buffet misero nella scelta per antipasti a sole basi di verdure quasi esclusivamente. Colazione con poca scelta decisamente dí prodotti commerciali e niente di tipico .

Salve sono stata in questo hotel diverse volte e devo dire che mi sono trovata sempre bene .....pulizia ,cordialità e professionalità . Abbiamo cenato in hotel e la cena è stata ottima lo consiglieremo ai nostri amici,e noi torneremo sicuramente.
