Me ha gratamente sorprendido. He viajado con Turismo Social . Para mí es un hotel de 4 estrellas. (normalmente en IMSERSO los hoteles son de calidad media- baja) . Limpieza general, personal atento, La comida muy buena y l@s camarer@s eficientes y simpátic@s. Las habitaciones son amplias (dos camas de matrimonio) limpias, con balcón. Por ponerle un pero le falta una neverita para poder guardar los medicamentos ya que a nuestra edad algún achaque tenemos. Muy satisfecho.

Respecto al ocio: No tenían juegos de mesa para los clientes. El juego de los dardos no se podía utilizar porque los dardos los tenía el animador. El billar no funcionaba. La animadora trataba a los clientes como si fueran tontos y utilizaba palabras fuera de lugar. el animador podría mejorar El hotel y las comidas sin ninguna queja

Un hotel de 3 estrellas pero que es mejor que bastantes de mayor categoría. Habitaciones muy amplias y confortables, con terraza y vistas, camas muy grandes y cómodas, restaurante bufet muy variado y de buena calidad, a 600 metros de la playa, parada de autobuses a Benidorm en la puerta del hotel, aparcamiento gratuito y otro de pago vigilado, animación muy buena y bebidas de calidad, y, sobre todo, un personal muy atento, amable y profesional. Limpieza total, habitaciones climatizadas, solo le falta la nevera en la habitación, por lo demás bien equipada.

Viaje de IMSERSO: He estado en muchos hoteles en España y Varios países de Europa. Es un tres estrellas pero yo le daría un servicio de cuatro estrellas. Es que no le puedo sacar critica alguna, mas bien halagos y felicitar a dirección por tener esa gestión . Personal mas que resolutivo útil funcional y atentos a todo. El personal desde la señora la limpieza camareros o recepcionistas, te dan a entender estar en familia. Comida bien buena variedad y certeros, para que pedir el cielo como otros clientes que desean tener allí comida como para dar a toda Benidorm. El buffet certero. Es que me sentí un ser mimado... Si hay algo que me quedo muy claro es volver. Lo recomiendo...
