Llegamos , nadie nos atendió, por medio de booking reservamos dos cabinas , llegamos y no nos tenían listo el hospedaje , tuvimos que quedarnos en una cabina fatal de sucia y a las 3 horas ingresó y nos echó , el dueño no está bien de la cabeza!!!!

Super accueil d'Anthony dans son petit coin de paradis ! Après avoir plongé, surfé, vu les baleines et mangé dans un bon resto de Tamarindo, venez chercher chez Anthony tranquillité, quiétude et sérénité. Ses petits bungalows en forme de pyramide ou sa maison, si celle ci est disponible, vous seduiront. Et rien de tel qu'un bout de farniente sur les bords de sa piscine superbement aménagée au coeur d'un magnifique jardin tropical ! N'hésitez vraiment pas à parcourir les 5 km de piste pour y accéder. Vous ne le regretterez pas !

HORRIBLE! The owner is a thief. Never come here. I never leave a review but this guy deserves to do very badly. He threatened to hit me and throw me out of the place. No girlfriend was afraid. Go anywhere else in Tamarindo. This one is far from the beach and to be greeted by an unpresentable person and in the morning want to throw you out of the room and hit you is shameful. We went to the center of Tamarindo and found much better areas, better price and with the treatment that he deserves. Even after paying him, he cancelled our reservation on Booking. And all this for giving him a bad review. Owner and unpleasant person and scammer.

The owner (who is Italian and not from Costa Rica) told me this was a luxury hotel. That is laughable. It is more like Motel 6. The bed offers no support and you can't sit up in bed and read because of the angle of the wall. The sheets are cheap polyester. The pillows are lumpy foam. There is no shampoo. The breakfast is very basic eggs rice and beans with a single crepe. No hot sauce for the eggs or jam for the crepe. The owner is very cheap. I had an unfortunate very bad experience with him. He charged me 20 dollars for what was supposed to be a one mile ride to an event. Because he didn't listen to me, he drove in the opposite direction, decided he needed to go to the store and then refused to take me all the way and I ended up walking a quarter of a mile. After all of that I was 30 minutes late thanks to him. The place is very far from everything. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you have a car. Actually I wouldn't recommend staying here period.

If booked through a Booking app please be aware the owner does not follow through on the stated price and will pad additional costs beyond the allotted taxes. Will even resort to vague threats to try and force you to pay the added cost. Ask for full disclosure of bill before arrival.

The owner, once we arrived at the place, told us in an arrogant and rude manner that we could not stay and literally kicked us out of the place. I would never recommend the place! He also spent the whole day asking for our arrival time, very insistently. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!
