The place would be nice if managed, but we are not at all, at the pool not even an umbrella, yes there are olive trees but if it says it's hot you die... then the lunch (included in the price for entry), let's forget it, embarrassing! We are not at all, Too bad!

The structure and its location made one think otherwise but the almost decadent state and limited hospitality (lukewarm water, no detergents in the bathroom, no glasses) were the reality. Minimalist dinner. Not very convenient for those traveling on the Via degli Dei, a quality/price ratio worth reviewing. Sin.

The property is located in an enviable position. Amazing view. The structure of the villa is magnificent but very poorly maintained and now decadent. The access driveway to the car park adjacent to the structure is unpaved and unmaintained. With a low car you risk hitting, or even not being able to pass at all. Peeling plaster, broken pots in the garden. Even access to the swimming pool (very beautiful) is not the most comfortable. Very large, airy rooms. Very old furniture. Furnishings that are sometimes inconsistent. Shower and bathtub without even a curtain, it is inevitable that water will leak. We were in a team for a job nearby. We needed to have breakfast very early, around 6:30 in the morning. The answer was simply no. Not even the effort to leave anything out. At night and early in the morning no one is available in the hotel. One person in the group who had to leave at 7.25 was given the opportunity to have a coffee. Nobody was seen. There was a lot of dust in the rooms, no mosquito nets and with the absence of air conditioning you had to keep the windows open. Result: the invasion of mosquitoes. The owner knew we were going out early in the morning, she knew we were working. When we returned the rooms had not been made up. The excuse was that the boy hadn't seen the keys. Lack of communication evident in the structure. On the other hand, someone entered my room while I was resting in the late afternoon to try to clean. No comment Breakfast another sore point A notable quantity of cakes, a pity that since there were many, too many for the few guests, many were stale. Only a supermarket cheese and a bit of mortadella are salty. Truly remarkable silence at night. Very pleasant. Too bad my room overlooks the parking lot. And the old windows and doors that close and open with difficulty (and a certain fear that they might remain in your hand...) do not insulate at all. Very large double bed with two separate beds but one of the two mattresses was broken and sagged a lot. Overall: potentially a magnificent facility. But left completely to itself. Services almost non-existent. Avoid it.

Nice place in Tuscany. We had a very spacious room but with a serious cockroach problem: 15 in 3 days. The first 10 were taken away, the rest were left there for the next guests. An entomologist would really enjoy it. The air conditioning barely provided air and since we couldn't open windows because they were half rotten, we were very hot. The shower head had almost all the holes plugged and the water went where it wanted. But yes, dinner was fabulous. They have a pool, but it doesn't look very clean, although we didn't go in

A beautiful place immersed in the countryside, with a swimming pool and many olive trees around. A beautiful view. Unfortunately, however, both the exterior and the interior should be cared for a little more as it gives the impression of being a bit "decadent". It's a shame because it has great potential. The room was a little bare and not very welcoming. The functional bathroom, shower ok. I asked for a camping cot for the baby, but they brought it to me without a mattress.... It's fine for one night.

We spent two days in the magnificent countryside around Florence... Surrounded by a unique panorama! Ideal for trekking, many walks in the surrounding area in historical places, in particular a truly spectacular trip to the ancient "Burraie" Good food and family welcome. It's a shame that the weather hasn't allowed us to enjoy the swimming pool yet..., We will definitely be back in the summer
