Ottimo Hotel, personale gentile, ottima colazione e cena, camere confortevoli e pulite e Spa con tutto il necessario, posizione comoda alle principali attrattive della zona e con un ottima visuale, sicuramente da tenerne conto per un soggiorno anche in famiglia.

Großzügiges Hotel, ruhig und praktisch gelegen. Parkplätze vor dem Hotel (leider sehr präsent). Zimmer sehr sauber und groß, mit Balkon. Schöner, relativ kleiner Wellnessbereich. Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück klassisches Buffet, Abends gutes Menü. Etwas mehr Details für Gemütlichkeit wären für uns persönlich schön gewesen, z.B. stimmungsvollere Beleuchtung auf den Zimmern oder Speisesaal (Kerzen auf Tischen?). Oder Bereiche ohne (leise) Dauer-Musik. Daher nur 4 von 5 Sternen.

Struttura pulita bella e molto accogliente come tutto il personale..dalla receptionist agli addetti di sala. Camera bella e silenziosa con balcone sulla meravigliosa vallata. Spa molto carina, unica pecca dovrebbero fornire unitamente all’accappatoio le ciabattine per la Spa. Colazione molto assortita e di qualità. Cena alla carta con pietanze buonissime di qualità come un ristorante stellato. Merita ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hotel molto bello in comoda posizione,pulito e con personale cortese e professionale ,bella la spa e la piscina anche se con forse pochi lettini nelle zone relax,nota di merito la cucina ottima con buffet per la colazione ricco e di ottima qualità

Nuestra primera parada. Hotel PRECIOSO, entre montañas, muy cerca de Siusi. Atención y limpieza increíble, habitaciones insonoras y muy bien equipadas. Incluido spa y zonas de relax; la media pensión (desayuno y cena) merece la pena porque puedes probar comida auténtica de allí, la parte más negativa es que los horarios son bastantes tempranos para españoles…sobre las 19 horas cenando, si bien todo es cuestión de adaptación en realidad😉. Además, incluye un snack hasta las 17 horas aprox., a la entrada del hotel. Ni para esto ni para las cenas, las bebidas están incluidas, se cobran aparte. Necesitas coche 🚙 si o si para desplazarte sin depender de nadie por esta zona de lagos y montañas, aunque a la salida del hotel, hay una parada de autobús🚏. No pudimos aprovechar la piscina exterior por el frío que ya hacía en septiembre, pero estoy muy segura que merece mil la pena.

Hotel molto accogliente, personale professionale,posto incantevole. Camera rinnovata, letto comodissimo. La cena è sempre molto varia,ci sono opzioni per vegetariane e per altte esigenze. Ci è piaciuto moltissimo, torneremo volentieri.

Schon bei der Ankunft beginnt der Urlaub. Beim Check in wir man von netten Damen und Herren empfangen und erhält die wesentlichen Informationen zum Haus, Wellness, zum Restaurant, Frühstück, Abendessen, usw. In unserem Fall wurde gerne auf Änderungswünsche eingegangen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Abendessen und das Frühstücksbufett waren ausgezeichnet. Auch der Service im Restaurant war sehr gut und die Ober sehr freundlich. Auch die Damen am Empfang waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit ,wenn man eine Auskunft wollte. Zimmer waren sehr schön und groß.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 4 notti nel mese di agosto. Bella impressione iniziale. L’hotel si trova ai piedi delle Dolomiti con una bellissima vista è dotato di un grande parcheggio e la sua posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere in poco tempo molti luoghi di interesse come la cabinovia dell alpe di siusi, la val gardena ed altri bellissimi luoghi nel cuore delle Dolomiti. La hall, le camere e una parte della sala da pranzo sono stati ben ristrutturati. Il cibo è molto buono: colazione ricca sia dolce che salata. Cena con ricco buffet di insalate e verdure e 4 portate. In piu, a metà pomeriggio, veniva offerta una merenda (dolce e salata). Camere spaziose, pulite e ben insonorizzate dotate di un proprio balcone. Personale gentile e disponibile. Unica pecca forte odore di cloro nella piscina interna. Potrebbero attrezzarsi per rendere la piscina esterna riscaldata e la zona palestra potrebbe essere curata meglio. Prezzo un po’ troppo elevato. Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza positiva.
