Der Service war sehr nett und sehr freundlich  Das Zimmer und der Wellness Bereich war ausgezeichnet  Und das Essen war sehr gut Wir werden auch wieder kommen und auch weiter Entfehlen

Schönes traditionsreiches Hotel, direkt am Marktplatz, sehr freundlicher Service am Empfang und im Restaurant, Sauberkeit 👍, wir kommen gerne mal wieder!

Im Rahmen der Festspiele haben wir hier ein Zimmer gebucht und waren Recht zufrieden. Das historische Gebäude verfügt über viel altem Interieur, jedoch sehr gepflegt. Unser Zimmer lag marktplatzseitig und daher in der Nacht, bei geöffnetem Fenster recht unruhig. Außerdem sollte man im Sommer, bei Sonnenschein die Vorhänge tagsüber schon zuziehen, da es sehr, sehr warm im Zimmer wird, denn eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht. Das Frühstück war vollkommen in Ordnung. Alles da was man braucht. Im Gegensatz zu vorherigen Bewertungen, können wir uns über das Essen nicht beschweren. Es war perfekt zubereitet und sehr lecker. Die Lage, direkt am Marktplatz ist perfekt und nicht weit von den Kreuzgängen und den umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Gerne wieder. Die Lage

Very interesting old hotel, decorated in different styles. With a great spa, sauna and pool. Breakfast is good. A very positive thing is that a lot of emphasis is placed on avoiding waste. Very centrally located, right on the market square.

In the spring, the travel agent “Travelzoo” offered an offer at the Romantikhotel Greifen-Post in Feuchtwangen (2 nights for two with extras) that we liked. We booked this offer because we had good memories of the restaurant and a menu was supposed to be one of the extras. Unfortunately, this visit was a complete disappointment! When we checked in, we were told that the restaurant was closed due to water damage (can happen), but that there was a good alternative. A well-run hotel would have informed us of this in advance, especially since a menu was part of the offer. The alternative turned out to be the village pizzeria. The quality of the menu was neither regional nor seasonal, but better canteen quality. That was the first extra: a disappointment. We are still waiting for the welcome drink today: the second extra was not available. The third extra was a bottle of wine that was supposed to be served with the menu: no menu, no wine! It was only when we left that the completely overwhelmed receptionist offered to get us a bottle of wine, which we then declined. The fourth extra was free use of the wellness area, but the hotel's website states that you can only use the sauna if you register. Unfortunately, it was not possible to clarify this on site, as we only found reception staffed twice, namely on arrival and departure. All in all, a hotel that we can only strongly recommend avoiding! We therefore recommend: drive 11 km further to Dinkelsbühl. After the disappointment on the first evening, we had a very good meal there the next day, there are also nice hotels and the old town is definitely worth a visit!
