Fethiye Hotels with Gym

We've been going to Letoonia for years and it just gets better each time. The grounds are fantastic. The gardeners are constantly watering, pruning etc. The walk around the perimeter is just breathtaking. The rooms, food, drink, entertainment are all spot on. The a la carte restaurants are superb. They're payable, but well worth it. There's nowhere else you could get a delicious 8 course meal for around £13 per person. The staff are fantastic. From the porters, housekeepers, gardeners, bar and wait.staff, maintenance, chefs, entertainment staff, they're all so helpful and friendly. Big thanks also to Mustafa Onder and the reception team, they tend to get forgotten. Anything you want, they've got it covered. We've had the best two weeks ever. Thank you Letoonia. I arrived at this hotel to the news that I was not allocated a room in the hotel as I was lead to believe I would be when booking the hotel as I needed an elevator. If I was allocated an upstairs room due to my medical condition and use of wheely-walker aide. Instead being told I was in their annex across the road. They said that there was stairs that I would have to climb to get upto the 1st level room, but they would try and put me into a room in the main hotel. I was advised to check with them for three continuous days in a row without ever being given the room as they said they would do. Despite me explaining how difficult I was finding using the stairs getting up and down and that I have also lost my balance and nearly fallen on several occasions. On my last attempt to try and have the issue resolved I inquired if I would be refunded if I left to go to another hotel and I was told to deal with the company I booked with, but issues with my phone have caused this to be a further problem. I also told them I would sue them around the room and any fall or injury that might occur and I was told ”we said that we would try to accommodate you in the hotel because we saw you using your walker as a way to try and help, we have provided a room as was required in your booking”. I have no issue with the room being an economy room and know that was what I booked, but I was in no part of the booking advised it was in an annex with no elevator. I would not have made the booking if I had know this was the case. Other things. Had booked bed and breakfast. Was quicly put off evening going to their dining room due to so.e of the lack of hygiene observed and kids using their hands touching through or grabbing food instead if using provided utensils to take their food items. And adults picking up and throwing around on the bread table the bread others were expected to eat. Was not cut by gloved staff member and put in individual bread baskets for each person to take, like was done in my last hotel stay here in Ölüdeniz for two weeks, before coming to this hotel. Overall the support, care or help shown by the staff was appalling and the hygiene definitely left a lot to be desired. Would definitely advise anyone with mobility issues to avoid this place at all costs. Definitely lacking in disability accessibility. Even the live was barely big enough to take myself and my walker up to the dining room on the couple of occasions I did before I observed the hygiene standards. Definitely won't be staying the booked two weeks. A complete waste of money. My advise bypass this hotel. Much better hotels in close proximity if you want to be in this area of Fethiye/çalış.

The hotel is an all-inclusive hotel, including breakfast, lunch and dinner, afternoon tea, and various snacks, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages by the pool. Check-in and check-out are super fast, and there are welcome drinks and desserts when checking in. The room area is not large, but it is enough. The mini bar is free and replenished every day. There are also welcome fruits and red wine🍷. Only the main restaurant and main adulte restaurant are included in the restaurant, and other theme restaurants need to be paid separately. There are many outdoor swimming pools. The beach and the sea are at the front. It is super photogenic. There is also a water park next to the swimming pool. There are various marine entertainment projects on the beach, which can be paid in euros and US dollars. The hotel is about 45 minutes away from the airport and half an hour away from paragliding and island hopping. The hotel has rich entertainment activities and is very suitable for bringing children to play

This has been our first visit to The Residence and sadly, also likely our last. We've spent 13 nights there which is right about 13 too much and if I had a time machine to stop myself from going, I would. Cleanliness/maintenance: At the start 5/5. Even the AC, which we don't normally use in hotels, due to it being usually full of filth, was clean and well working here. However, everything got progressively dirtier during our stay so eventually, 2/5. The room cleaning staff is strangely inconsistent. Each time she did something different - furniture moved to different places, didn't close the door to the balcony a few times, often took away our, still mostly full, (hotel provided) bottles of water (no idea why) while the new one came much later in the day. Yes you can call the reception and they would probably bring you some but that shouldn't even be an issue for me to solve in the first place. Toilet and rest of the bathroom was often dirtier than before because she obviously used the same damp dirty rag for everything and on at least two occasions, we've found a ball of blond hair in our room, which must have been from a disgustingly dirty mop because nor me, or my wife have blond hair. Once, the cleaning lady specifically asked us if we need cleaning. We said yes but nobody cleaned our room that day. Our toiletries weren't replenished a single time (with the exception of toilet paper). The shower drain is leveled higher than the rest of the shower floor for some reason and therefore, there's a centimeter of water at all times during shower and after it. Plastic bags with trash, mop, and cleaning staff cart are lying around all the time and not by the side but right in the middle of the hallway to trip over for the great part of the day. Often resembling more of a landfill than a luxurious hotel. In the hallway right by the elevators is a cupboard, which the staff, for whatever reason, cram all the dirty and half-eaten dishes and let them rot and stink up the place for the most part of the day in 30+ degree heat. The pool filtration system got clogged in several places during our stay and a disgusting amount of grime started to accumulate inside it. We've notified the reception and saw some hotel staff catching garbage with nets later that day and the next but again, how does the hotel staff not notice this? Would they let the pool turn into sewage before noticing? The next day, some parts of the filtration system were working again but most of it was still clogged. We eventually stopped going to the pool and opted for the sea instead, right after we've started to have strange skin reactions that disappeared completely after a few days of going into the sea only. One time during breakfast, a member of staff was power washing a sidewalk 10 meters away from my table. I understand it's an important part of maintenance but why does it have to also be a part of my so called 5 star breakfast experience? Why can't they do it earlier in the morning or

I have stayed at the Turquoise hotel in Oludeniz for 3 years visiting twice yearly April/may and October. The standards have dropped dramatically walkways have ground in dirt. No cleaners around the pool as in previous years. I have experience an out break of hives caused by SCABIES which is a parasite that burrows under the skin and is extremely difficult to stop re contamination. Visited the doctor in the resort who contacted a skin professor who advised oral medication of Ivermektin and xabion. I alerted the management Immediately after the first night of sleeping in the bed experiencing mites crawling all over me.. they moved me into 3 different rooms .....still with no improvement or let up of scabies mites. I would advise anyone staying at this hotel to think carefully about visiting because the hygiene standards are unsuitable. Battling with topical creams and oral medication to no avail on holiday is no joke..I am being reinfected daily due to poor hygiene of laundry, towels, mattresses, soft seating etc ..The hotel should have been closed until it was free from scabies. I notified and asked jet 2 who I travelled with and booked my 2 week holiday to accept there responsibility in sending me to a hotel that is full of infection and return me to the UK ASAP to which I was told I would have to pay an additional further £157 on top of the £1400 I paid for the holiday. .its a 2 week nightmare..unable to sunbath..being careful not to come In contact with guest and people... Once I am home..all my clothes need to be washed on a boil wash and placed In a tumble dryer to kill off the scabies beetle which is highly Infectious. Im covered head to toe with mites bites with eggs that look unsightly as they burrow and lay them under the skin.

Had an amazing week first time here and it’s been a blast! Amazing bar staff!!! Though pool bar could do with being light up at night! food fab and entertainment great! Polya was so helpful as were all the staff to be fair! All round a great hotel…… until next time 😎
