Fethiye Hotels with Gym

We've been going to Letoonia for years and it just gets better each time. The grounds are fantastic. The gardeners are constantly watering, pruning etc. The walk around the perimeter is just breathtaking. The rooms, food, drink, entertainment are all spot on. The a la carte restaurants are superb. They're payable, but well worth it. There's nowhere else you could get a delicious 8 course meal for around £13 per person. The staff are fantastic. From the porters, housekeepers, gardeners, bar and wait.staff, maintenance, chefs, entertainment staff, they're all so helpful and friendly. Big thanks also to Mustafa Onder and the reception team, they tend to get forgotten. Anything you want, they've got it covered. We've had the best two weeks ever. Thank you Letoonia. I arrived at this hotel to the news that I was not allocated a room in the hotel as I was lead to believe I would be when booking the hotel as I needed an elevator. If I was allocated an upstairs room due to my medical condition and use of wheely-walker aide. Instead being told I was in their annex across the road. They said that there was stairs that I would have to climb to get upto the 1st level room, but they would try and put me into a room in the main hotel. I was advised to check with them for three continuous days in a row without ever being given the room as they said they would do. Despite me explaining how difficult I was finding using the stairs getting up and down and that I have also lost my balance and nearly fallen on several occasions. On my last attempt to try and have the issue resolved I inquired if I would be refunded if I left to go to another hotel and I was told to deal with the company I booked with, but issues with my phone have caused this to be a further problem. I also told them I would sue them around the room and any fall or injury that might occur and I was told ”we said that we would try to accommodate you in the hotel because we saw you using your walker as a way to try and help, we have provided a room as was required in your booking”. I have no issue with the room being an economy room and know that was what I booked, but I was in no part of the booking advised it was in an annex with no elevator. I would not have made the booking if I had know this was the case. Other things. Had booked bed and breakfast. Was quicly put off evening going to their dining room due to so.e of the lack of hygiene observed and kids using their hands touching through or grabbing food instead if using provided utensils to take their food items. And adults picking up and throwing around on the bread table the bread others were expected to eat. Was not cut by gloved staff member and put in individual bread baskets for each person to take, like was done in my last hotel stay here in Ölüdeniz for two weeks, before coming to this hotel. Overall the support, care or help shown by the staff was appalling and the hygiene definitely left a lot to be desired. Would definitely advise anyone with mobility issues to avoid this place at all costs. Definitely lacking in disability accessibility. Even the live was barely big enough to take myself and my walker up to the dining room on the couple of occasions I did before I observed the hygiene standards. Definitely won't be staying the booked two weeks. A complete waste of money. My advise bypass this hotel. Much better hotels in close proximity if you want to be in this area of Fethiye/çalış.

This hotel has set the standard for a truly 5 star all inclusive experience. Highlights for us: - A kids club that ran for substantial parts of the day and night with attentive and caring staff, varied activities and a gaming room full of the latest consoles and games. Our boys (9 and 7) left each session feeling special, often with medals and artwork to take away. - Food that was authentic, plentiful, prepared with real care and delicious! It's hard to describe the extent and quality of foods on offer: freshly baked turkish breads, international dishes, meats galore, veg, salads, cheeses and a dessert display as visually impressive as it was delicious. - Staff who were delightful and could not do enough for us. Clearly the training is top notch and there is a real customer satisfaction focus. Excellence in the restaurants, bars, activities, guest relations, room attendants, spa, pools, everywhere. Being able to contact guest relations via WhatsApp is a great innovation and we really appreciated the near instant responses. There were several other great touches, like easy access to the beach, a beach side snack area, a great range of pools (including the adults one which was our go to during kids club time!) and live music nearly every night. Our only feedback for improvement is that more can be done to reduce plastic use, and the family rooms could be a little more generous with 'living' space. We highly recommend and will not hesitate to return when we can.

Just back from a short 4 night break. This hotel is in a beautiful part of Turkey with staff that went out of their way to make your holiday special. If you want tranquillity then this is the place. So many places to relax by the pools and no rush to get sun beds, loads available with clean towels near by. There’s some light music by the main pool bar but else where it’s just nice and quiet. All food is ordered from a menu including breakfast. All meals we had were excellent and we couldn’t fault anything. Premium drinks including Gentleman Jack and Hennessy included in the package. The rooms were stunning, well cleaned and maintained . We enjoyed the live music by the outside bar at night, it finished a bit early for us so we walked next door to see the last half hour of the entertainment there. This is a pricy hotel peak season, the service did live up to it. Out of season it’s slightly cheaper and the weather was 28-30 in early October. Highly recommend and would return. A special thanks to Murat at the Executive Lobby Lounge - always with a smile on his face, teaching us some Turkish - şerefe! Ramazan and Mercan at outside bar - they worked so hard and remembered everyone’s drinks, nothing was too much trouble for them.

Location perfect just a few min walk from the main ***** shops/ bars / taxis and buses . Staff are friendly and helpful especially on reception cant do enough for you and cleaning girls were lovely . The place is really clean every where is spotless and the staff work hard at keeping it that way. Towels and rooms cleaned daily and lovely fresh bedding, anything extra we asked for was no issue. Hairdryer in room soaps/ shampoo/ conditioner even slippers and plenty of loo rolls provided. Rooms are pretty good at sound out we were over looking pool and in bathroom could hear music but in room not a sound . The rooms are not modern in decor which doesn’t bother me at all the beds are comfy and clean, i thought pillows were comfy too. Rooms are light and airy but there are some great black out curtains for night time . we had a little balcony and a window with a net to prevent bugs . Aircon is fantastic. Bathroom was great decent shower and fittings everything you need. no bath in ours not sure about other rooms. We booked a massage at the hotel and it was just amazing so highly recommend, for trips we booked with the lovely guy at the kiosk just as you leave the hotel gate go left up the main street and he is on the right side before you get to crossing he is just next to the barbers and he is a lovely guy and he will do u a good deal . we did a few trips through him . A lovely hotel with fantastic staff. A great setting between hills and sea, rooms are lovely, well appointed and very clean. The only reason this is not 5 stars is because I felt some of the communal areas are a little tired. Apart from that everything was excellent. Plenty of choice in the different restaurants and great facilities. Yusuf, Selyanur in the restaurant and Feliz from the housekeeping team were particularly impressive, though all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
