RESTAURANT VISIT WITH FRIENDS TO CELEBRATE THEIR SILVER WEDDING ANNIVERSARY (25 YEARS) Wednesday 19 June, 2024 Our dear friends booked a restaurant table for their 25th Wedding Anniversary last November because of the elevated view over Ölüdeniz and therefore wanted to ensure the best table in the restaurant was available. On arrival, the Waiter took our drinks order. His face was covered in sweat which was dripping off him. He made no attempt to wipe it off. We ordered two beers and a bottle of Rosé Wine. After receiving our drinks order, the waiter didn't approach us again to take our order! We were forced to attract his attention. Remember, this was a 25th Wedding Anniversary Meal. Approximately 45 mins after receiving the drinks order, we finally ordered four meals, three of which were for Lamb Shanks. Another 30 mins passed, and finally the waiter brought two meals to the table (one chicken dish and one lamb shank). He then stated: I'm sorry, we only had one lamb shank left! Your two guests need to order another meal! This was 30 mins after ordering! Surely the Chef must have informed the waiter that he only had one lamb shank left when the order was submitted. We would then have ordered two alternative meals. So imagine the situation. Four guests and only two receive meals. They took 30 mins to arrive. The other two guests were then told to order something different! This should have been mentioned at the time of ordering! The waiter then said the meal could be Cancelled! This is a Silver Wedding Anniversary! A special moment in our dear friends' life. Who wants to eat 30 mins apart during a celebration meal? The situation now gets much worse. The waiter was asked to bring the Manager. He replied: ”I am the Manager!” We informed him that he's allowed us to order drinks and later told us there's only two meals available instead of four! We asked why should we have to pay for drinks after this catastrophic failure! We were told we can therefore have the beers free but not the wine! At this point the situation deteriorated. The Manager started swearing in front of a woman by saying: ”Look! I'm pissed off with the Chef”! You also have to pay for the wine. A Manager's job is surely to apologise for the catastrophic failure and to ask the valued guests what he can do to resolve the situation? The Restaurant Manager could also call the hotel Manager, for instance, in order to discuss the situation? Finally, after we stated we shouldn't have to pay for drinks because we wouldn't have ordered them in the first place if we were told half the order wasn't available, the restaurant manager became very abusive, pulled the table away in front of other guests, and asked us to leave immediately. Again, I remind the readers of this review, this was a Celebratory Meal for a 25th Wedding Anniversary. We also felt unsafe because the Restaurant Manager lost control of his behaviour. We have all never experienced anything like this in

It was an impressive staycation. I enjoyed to sit on the front of the restaurant and see the the sun sets. The room and towels are very clean. The location is perfect for having vacation. Most importantly, the people here are super nice, especially the receptionist, a uncle who is really helpful, although he cannot speak English, but he tried his best to use translation app and fulfil our need, once we need help, he always give a helping hand. He is really caring, I sincerely thank for his service and kindness. The waiters in the restaurant are nice as well. The people here had became the precious memories of my journey. If I have second change to come here, I will definitely choose to stay in this hotel again.
Hotel Unique-Boutique Class

We booked a hotel in the dark and arrived late at night. The waiter helped us park the car and sent our luggage to the room. In the morning, we opened the doors and windows, and the blue sea, blue sky and white sails ”rushed in front of us”. It turned out to be so beautiful! In Turkey, whether you stay in a big hotel or a small hotel, by the sea or in the mountains, there are always a group of cute cats to accompany you, and they are very close to strangers.

This was hands down one of the best holidays I have ever had!! Let me begin by congratulating the whole team including the cleaning team, service staff, the customer satisfaction reps and many others behind the scenes. Their attention to detail, smiley faces and attentiveness made our holiday all the more enjoyable. Rooms were spacious and full of all amenities one may ever need; though it wasn’t available during booking the management has kindly arranged two twin beds for us instead of a double. The facilities themselves were superb: two big pools, a secret beach that can be reached with a 5 minute shuttle boat ride, a 24/7 gym, nightly concerts, and boat tours to explore the turquoise waters of the region - all included in the booking (except for the Spa/Turkish bath which would have been nice to include in the package). Food and drinks were of optimum quality available all day and night. Again, I thank the whole team for this amazing experience and I can’t wait to book my next holiday at this incredible establishment!
Aygul Hotel

We booked Aygul hotel last minute, and for £10.50pp per night for 12 nights, with breakfast included. Bargain. The hotel has the best views in Oludeniz and is a quiet, hidden gem. The staff are friendly and the food is delicious and fairly priced! It is all homemade and we loved getting our lunch or dinner here if we weren't out and about. The pool is immaculate and has a great view. If it lets me attach photos I will do. It is also very quiet and most days it was like having a private pool! The cleaning lady is adorable and very sweet, and she put towel displays with flowers on our bed for us. All in all a lovely peaceful holiday in a quiet, budget hotel, with amazing views and food. Bonus: there are also some cute little dogs living here. **slight cons/info you should know:*** The rooms are quite basic and it is not by any means a fancy hotel, but there are great views and a fridge. The curtains are pretty translucent so the light can wake you up sometimes. The staff are turkish and try their best to communicate with you but you might need to use a translation app occasionally. The wifi at the pool and at reception is great, but there was no wifi in our room. If you want a hotel with entertainment and to socialise in, this probably isnt it, and the hotel is extremely quiet and there are few english guests. (This didnt bother us). The pool/dining terrace is up approx 30 steps up a steep incline so may not be suitable for people struggling with mobility. The hotel itself is set on a hill. Not an issue if you are fit, but it coming and going can be dangerous as there is no pavement and not suitable for those with mobility issues. HOWEVER the buses go up and down every 5 minutes and you can hail one down and get on. (Costs 3TL (less than 50p) per person to get down to the beach.) The buses to fethiye run on the other side of the road so you must cross the road and wait there. To Fethiye it is 7TL each (£1).
