Bad check-in experience; the hotel environment and the location of the room itself are very good, but when I checked in, the front desk of the hotel told me that I could not check in without paying the room fee; then I contacted the customer service and asked me to pay the room fee first, so I paid the room fee in advance and said Good to return when we check out the next day; as a result, when we went out early in the morning, we still did not pay the room fee; and Cui customer service; finally we left Fez at 12 noon and got the room fee we paid in advance;

Our experience at Marriott Fez was fantastic.Friends holiday with a group of seven adults. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was great . The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making sure we felt at home. It was one of our friends' birthday on the day of arrival and we had a fantastic birthday surprise from the manageress. Thanks to the entire team at Janan Palace. The Fes Marriott is a fantastic option with plenty to offer. The hotel features three excellent restaurants, each providing a distinct dining experience. The outdoor areas are impressive with a large swimming pool. Beautiful hotel to spend a few days while visiting Fes.

The service staff are very enthusiastic, the accommodation environment is very beautiful, the Arabian style, the bathroom is very big! As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we provided dessert and tea. The breakfast was exquisite. One day we got up late and the clerk prepared breakfast for us. Except that the location is not easy to find, you can contact the front desk at the approximate address and ask them to come out to pick you up. This is the case in the old city of Marrakech. There are so many small roads, so you can get used to it.

We were pleasantly surprised by the Hotel Volubilis. We hesitated to book the hotel because of some bad reviews about not having hot water and the staff being unfriendly (especially to Asians). But we decided to book anyways because of its location and quite affordable price. We were arriving to Fez at around 5pm, and we were told staying at the Medina wouldn't be worth it. Since we were catching a flight the next morning, we thought it would be more convenient to stay in the new city. So, despite some of the bad reviews, we decided to spend the night at Hotel Volubilis. Its location turned out to be great. It's right at the center and by the main avenue. There are lots of places to eat at walking distance and there are several Carrefours closeby also at walking distance. The staff was nice and they welcomed us well and took our request for a taxi to the airport in the morning. So, we have no complaints about the staff. Our room was big with a terrace. The room was old but clean. The terrace had no table or chairs, but it was okay. The bathroom was also big and we had no issues with the hot water. We showered at arrival and in the morning and water was hot and with pressure. The thing that we missed the most in the room was a fridge. Other than that, all good and acceptable. Though we agree with the other comments saying that this is not a 4-star hotel by ”global” standards.

Hotel room is clean, bathroom is large, breakfast is delicious, variety, freshly squeezed juice, outdoor swimming pool, front desk service is very good, you can introduce local tour guides.

The location of the hotel is at the city centre. It can tell the hotel is aged but still in a good condition. The staff are friendly and warm.

We had a magic moment or 1 night was 1000 nights. The staff is welcome to small care, you can enjoy the historical knowledge of the receptionist who will guide you for a very good stay in Fes. The hotel is a wonderful architectural architecture with a genuinely beautiful decoration or you can feel the soul of the well-thinking accompanied by a charming swimming pool. We had not taken time to enjoy the food that must be as good as the place, except the breakfast that was cool and good.

It is about 15 〜 20 minutes walk to CTM and Carrefour in a large room. There were many people on the road to Carrefour, so I wasn't afraid to walk alone at night. The hotel is more kind.

I liked this hotel and I extended it for another week. The room is clean and quiet, air conditioning works, good plumbing, there is a laptop table. Breakfast is satisfied: oatmeal, strawberry jim, sausage sandwich and melted cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers, baking, Moroccan hour, fresh orange juice. I haven't had enough of this menu for all days. To the Medina of Fesa you can get to a taxi in 10 minutes, to the railway station 15 minutes walk.
