Non siamo persone pretenziose o da hotel a 5 stelle, ma una esperienza così brutta non la auguro a nessuno. Bagno allagato e appena riferito al personale se ne é fregato e se ne é andato. Non avevamo gli asciugamani nemmeno la carta igienica. Sporco e maleodorante. Scappate!

Schifoso scelto per caso e per la fretta voleva 60€ ne abbiamo dati 50€ in nero. Sporco , puzzava di pipì e cacca Il bagno perdeva lo abbiamo fatto notare se ne sono fregati abbiamo dovuto mettere le lenzuola a terra per non scivolare...letto scomodo mattonelle rotte carta igenica contata e nemmeno i biglietti ci hanno stampato...ci hanno mandato con uno di loro a pagamento uno schifo...

Premettiamo che non siamo delle persone pretenziose o incontentabili, anzi siamo piuttosto adattabili a situazioni diverse. Siamo consapevoli di cosa potremmo trovare a secondo della meta prefissata e di conseguenza siamo consapevoli di cosa potremmo trovare davanti. Hotel Jardin Public le condizioni di questo hotel sono a dir poco allucinanti ,lo staff poco cordiale, la pulizia della stanza soprattutto dei servizi igienici compreso la mancanza di acqua calda, il letto che una volta entrati abbiamo avuto il dubbio che fosse pieno di pulci per il solletico che ci teneva compagnia durante la notte e per finire la puzza di urina di gatto che impregnava l'aria. Parliamo di PULIZIA PRIMARIA, quella che dovrebbe essere basilare per tutti, peccato perchè la struttura si trova in una posizione strategica, e l'hotel se fosse tenuto come si deve sarebbe una struttura eccezionale. Fes città incantevole non merita un Hotel del genere.

Terrible hotel I had in my life it's this hotel I didn't booked I just goo there then I ask for a room for tow nights he showed me First One it's looks dirty and I try to ask for another one he looks okay..I pay him for tow night.i put my luggage then I go out to the City when I get back to my room I try to use the shower it was could water I goo to the reception..he told me 15 MN but Im waiting more then 2 h nothing . I try again in the morning nothing still no shower.then I take my bag to look for another hotel and he don't want to give me My money back for the second night After more then 4 time I met the owner hi give me back some money not all of my money
