非常有設計感的古董酒店，尤其是在菲斯這個地方…住一個清凈又美麗酒店還是很重要的！服務很和氣，會有行李員來藍門接送，也會帶你參觀給你介紹。庭院和公共區域也很乾凈和漂亮，是個比較大的Riad可以走走逛逛的地方還挺多的。紅色房間內層高也挺高的，空間很大。衞浴用品也很香很好用。SPA比較一般。

Perfect place to stay! A traditional Moroccan Riad located in the old town of Fes. The car cannot enter the old town of Fes, so someone from the B&B will come out to pick you up and help you with your luggage. The B&B is beautiful, you must stay here! The only problem is that you have to climb very high steps to have breakfast, which is not very friendly to the elderly. Other than that, everything is perfect, you must experience Moroccan style accommodation!

The experience we had at another Riad set very, very high expectations, so read this with that in mind :)
I've worked and stayed in luxury hotels around the world, and if you're looking for a stunning hotel, with pleasant service this would be a top choice. However overall we were looking for more of an intimate experience. Staff were very nice; they were young, friendly, kind and caring. Travelling with my mother however, it felt very uncomfortable when I was asked 'how my wife was doing?!', this summed up the disconnection between the hotel and the experience. A beautiful hotel but short of a 4/5 star experience. It is one of the most stunning Riads you will stay at. The restaurant serves great food, and the views are amazing - if you can handle the three floors of steep steps. Overall, you won't be disappointed but it felt like when we stayed there was no manager for those extra touches you expect when paying this much.

The setting of the restaurant at the Riad was very nice and had a gorgeous view of the city. All the food options were very nice and tasty. The riad itself was very nice as well and the pool was beautiful. The restaurant felt very cleanly and the Riad and restaurant were very great overall.

Un endroit merveilleux, dès le passage de la porte vous êtes transporté vers un havre de paix, de douceur et de gentillesse. Le patio est splendide, la décoration de chaque pièce et chambre recherchée, la vue du rooftop est magnifique, l’ascenseur en construction viendra apporter la touche en plus pour ce Riad, les escaliers étant nombreux et peu adaptés. La piscine est parfaite,le restaurant est bien, le petit déjeuner mériterait une amélioration avec des propositions plus traditionnelles pour être à la hauteur de tout le reste. Mais je ne doute pas que cela évoluera. Un Riad de grande classe où on se sent bien.

Stunning 16th-century hotel, immaculately restored, with an incredible staff! Kitchen services were great, and the rooms like something out of a fashion magazine. This place is an absolute gem located in the heart of the Old City. Great parking (for our rental car), porters, to help us bring our bags into the madina, and constant clarity with communications and advice services.

Le Ryad est magnifique,le confort des matelas et oreillers est excellent.tres propre, nous avons mangé tout les jours au Ryad tellement c'était bon et bien servi.et de bonnes qualités.le personnel et agréable très gentil ils savent nous accueillir avec de beaux sourires.vous pouvez y allez les yeux fermés vous serez pas déçu.ils ont aussi un spa avec fatima qui nous délasse a ne pas manqué On pense y retourner l'année prochaine.c était l'anniversaire de mon mari.ils lui on fait la surprise avec un gâteau et les serveurs on chanté joyeux anniversaire 🥳 on a aussi eux df Bon échange avec Ousmane le gérant adorable

Fantastic place to stay in Fes. Beautiful courtyard, spacious rooms, great location in the Medina, very friendly and helpful staff, and one of the best restaurants in the city on the rooftop terrace.
