這家酒店最大的問題是， 管理人員對國人很不友好， 尤其是晚上班的男性管理員，很多狀況都體現了這點。比如，會把同房型，位置最差的頂樓角落的房間給我，其它人都沒到，就説其它房間已預訂，我就不懂，同房型預訂還預訂位置的嗎？住宿期間，就我一箇中國人。最過分的是，晚上20：30左右回酒店，在大門口摁了至少6次門鈴，一直沒人開，（正常一次就開的）過了會，旁邊小門開了，我以為是人家鄰居，結果是這酒店的側門，那服務員，像做賊似的，叫我，然後説這裏進去，有點莫名，進去了看到才明白，原來回型庭裏有老外在吃飯，大門進去會經過回型庭 。。。真的是，過分。
房間本身有異味，早餐時，飛蟲很多，早餐本身東西很少。
避開吧。

What I was very unhappy about was that on the first morning, I knew that breakfast was not included in the B&B, so I had already walked to the street when I ran into the boss. He stopped me and asked me why I didn't have breakfast. "It's included". After double-checking that it's included, we went back to the B&B for breakfast. When I checked out, I received an extra bill of 100 dirhams, which the boss said was for your breakfast. Isn't it necessary to double-check that "included" is included? The boss started to use sign language to refute that he didn’t understand English, used Google to translate it into his language, and started to pretend that he couldn’t read.

El riad es un paraíso en plena medina, todo súper limpio, el desayuno riquísimo y variado. La piscina súper agradable para los días de calor. El trato recibido x sus trabajadores fue inmejorable a destacar Oussama y Meryem estuvieron atentos de nuestras necesidades durante toda la estancia. Lo recomendaría sin dudarlo aunque es importante saber que el datáfono no tiene contactless y que para volver a tu origen desde el aeropuerto necesitas el billete impreso.

Eine wunderbare Oase inmitten des turbulenten Fes. Alles war perfekt. Herzlicher Empfang mit Tee und Gebäck. Wunderbares Zimmer zur Poolseite und ein ausgiebiges Frühstück. Ganz toll war der Haman und die anschliessende Massage, Die nette Dame (Ich habe den Namen leider vergessen), hat das mit viel Frauenpower und Engagement gemacht und wir haben uns danach wirklich super gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank.

Riad bem localizado, de fácil acesso a toda a medina e a 3 minutos a pé da Blue Gate. Todo o espaço é lindíssimo desde a zona da piscina ao terraço e o staff é muito atencioso e simpático. Recomendo a 100% ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Magnifique Riad récemment refait avec beaucoup de goût. En poussant la porte de cet établissement, on ne s'imagine pas trouver cet espace si lumineux et reposant. Une belle piscine en plein centre, une double terrasse sur le toit avec vue imprenable sur tout Fès. Nous avions une chambre en duplex, parfaite pour une famille ou 2 couples d'amis. L'ensemble du personnel est d'une très grande générosité et gentillesse, aux petits soins et le propriétaire très accessible, un plaisir de discuter avec. La restauration est bonne et très bien servie

Riad Sabah is just a short distance off of a main souk so it is very conveniently located. When we first walked in the doors, we immediately felt that we walked into an oasis in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. The address on google maps is not completely accurate so you will need to be prepared to wonder a bit past the location on the map, and make sure you know what the front door looks like.
The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. We were greeted with a great breakfast every morning and they were accommodating with your scheduling needs. We both enjoyed a 30 minute hammam with 30 minute massage. It was extremely enjoyable. Make sure you are prepared to pay for this in cash as they do not accept credit card payments for the hammam.
I would highly recommend this riad. I would definitely stay here again!
