He stopped me and asked me why I didn't have breakfast. "It's included". After double-checking that it's included, we went back to the B&B for breakfast. When I checked out, I received an extra bill of 100 dirhams, which the boss said was for your breakfast. Isn't it necessary to double-check that "included" is included? The boss started to use sign language to refute that he didn’t understand English, used Google to translate it into his language, and started to pretend that he couldn’t read. I'm very, very, very unhappy about this. It's not a matter of amount.

So disappointing.. It had been agreed, during an email exchange with the hotel, that a taxi would come and pick me up at the airport (I am traveling alone). I take my trouble patiently however after 1 hour of waiting and seeing nightfall, I call the hotel which tells me that no one will come to pick me up that it is not planned. You can imagine my surprise given that I had everything planned before my arrival to be calm since I am traveling alone in a country that I do not know. I expressed my anger and was insulted as a ****** by the hotel manager. I was quite shocked because the insult came very quickly in the conversation and from there they hung up on me. When I arrive at the hotel, I ask to speak or have the contact details of the manager. So he gave it to me on the phone and from there he apologized for the taxi misunderstanding and justified the attitude of his employee who insulted me by telling me that Moroccans are not used to having the price raised. your with them. Does that justify insulting someone?! No commercial gesture was made by the hotel following this. And to top it all off, I took advantage of the roof terrace to enjoy the sun and when I wanted to go down, I found myself facing a clause door..so I was locked on the roof.. Really a big disappointment this riad..

No puedo estar más contenta de la decisión que tomamos al viajar a Fez, elegir un Riad que se adaptará a nuestras necesidades no fue nada fácil, pero RIAD SABAH superó con creces nuestras expectativas. En primer lugar, la habitación estándar con cama de matrimonio que elegimos, era amplia, contaba con baño y una pequeña zona con un sofá y una mesita. La habitación estaba súper limpia, era acogedora y estaba aislada del ruido de la Medina, era muy confortable. Las instalaciones comunes del Riad, es decir, el patio en el cual se realizaban las comidas, la zona de sofás y la piscina, al igual que las habitaciones eran zonas muy limpias y cuidadas. En el patio se respiraba paz y armonía, era ideal para relajarte tras un día ajetreado en la Medina. El calor sofocante de la ciudad se olvidaba tomando un baño en la piscina y oliendo al azahar del patio, es imposible describir con palabras las sensaciones tan increíbles que allí vivimos, incluso podíamos darnos un chapuzón por la noche escuchando la fuentecita de agua… Asimismo, la terraza que se encontraba en el último piso del riad era encantadora, con unas vistas increíbles de toda la Medina, INCREÍBLE. Por último, y no menos importante agradecer a cada uno de los trabajadores y recepcionistas del Riad, eran todos súper amables, simpáticos y serviciales, súper atentos a nuestras peticiones, además cocinan súper bien, pedimos desayuno y cena en el Riad y todo era exquisito. PERSONAL INSUPERABLE, MUCHAS GRACIAS, OJALÁ OS CUIDEN MUCHÍSIMO PORQUE SOIS RECEPCIONISTAS MUY TOP! Sobretodo gracias OSAMA, eres increíble! SIN DUDA ALGUNA, VOLVEREMOS A ESTE RIAD! CALIDAD-PRECIO INCREÍBLE!!! MUCHÍSIMAS GRACIAS!
