The hotel is very cultural and tasteful. We booked a deluxe suite, which was located in the corner of the first floor of the entire hotel. It was dark and we couldn't open the curtains. It was right outside next to the swimming pool with people walking around. Probably the worst luxury suite in the hotel, not worth the money.

I would especially like to thank Madiha at the front desk for her exceptional service. She was always kind, professional, and attentive to every detail, making our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel’s restaurant was also a highlight — offering refined cuisine, excellent service, and a breathtaking view that made every meal memorable. We had a truly unforgettable stay at Palais Faraj! From the moment we arrived, Madiha and Oumnia gave us the warmest welcome. Their kindness and professionalism stood out. they were always available, attentive, and very helpful with anything we needed, even until the day we checked out. Our room was absolutely beautiful . spacious, clean, and full of charm, with a stunning view over the Medina. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making our stay extra comfortable. The restaurant was also a highlight. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the service was impeccable. We especially enjoyed the Moroccan dishes . full of flavor and prepared with care. Thank you again to the entire team, especially Madiha and Oumnia, for making our experience so special. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Palais Faraj to anyone visiting Fez
