酒店很有文化也很有味道。訂了豪華套房，給了整個酒店一樓最角落的套房，又黑還不能拉開窗簾，外邊緊鄰泳池，人走來走去。估計是全酒店最差的豪華套房，物無所值。

Pour un dîner de quatre personnes accompagné d’une petite tarte d’anniversaire, la jeune dame à l’entrée du restaurant a refusé de nous laisser dîner et fêter avec notre propre tarte. Elle a préféré nous gâcher la soirée sous prétexte que nous n’avions pas commandé la tarte du riad (seulement 300 DH), perdant ainsi une facture d’au moins 1 500 à 2 000 DH que nous étions prêts à payer. Ce genre de situation est inhabituel à Palais Faraj. Client fidèle du bar et du restaurant depuis des années, je n’avais jamais vécu une telle expérience. Malheureusement, cette nouvelle employée, apparemment inexpérimentée en marketing et en hôtellerie, donne une mauvaise image au service d’un restaurant que je considérais parmi les meilleurs de la ville de Fès.

The hotel was nicely design. All the staff were attentive and helpful. Especially when we checked in, the staff Abid (not sure did i spell his name right) he was extremely helpful. When we arrived, it was late afternoon and my parents were tired and couldn't deal with any more stairs. He was able to arrange the rooms with less steps and we really appreciated his help. Later on we had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it didn't disappoint us. The food was great and the staff were excellent again. Ismail Babache was patient enough to explain the dishes to us and fulfil our request also he was an excellent photographer too helped us to take some good pictures! Overall we enjoyed our short stay at the hotel.
