Parte della struttura Palais de Fes, Dar Yazi, sei considerato la serie C dei loro hotel. La zona è sporchissima, sei abbandonato a te stesso, parlano un pessimo Inglese e soprattutto cercano sempre di fregarti. Mi hanno trovato una guida in Italiano, la cui unica finalità è portarti per i negozi dei suoi amici. Quando dopo molta insistenza gli ho chiesto di farmi vedere qualche monumento, mi ha portato lì e ci ha aspettato fuori, perchè non avrebbe saputo cosa dirci. Organizzato un taxi per 20 €. Al ritorno, quando ho capito come funzionava, ho preso un taxi normale che per la stessa corsa mi ha preso 1 € Unica nota positiva la signora delle pulizie. Molto gentile ed efficiente.

Terrible experience
very chaotic organization. The cleaning lady keeps the rooms clean but just outside it is really a mess. Very noisy area and do not take the guides recommended by the hotel because they do everything to rip you off

very bad experience from A to Z NEVER GO BACK DIRTY PLACE THE REALITY ITS TOTALY DIFFERNT OF WHAT YOU SEE ONLINE THE WHOLE EXPERINCE WAS BAD AFTER 2 DAYS I HAD TO TAKE MY FAMILY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ALSO I LOST ALL THE MONEY I PAID FOR MY STAY COULDNT GET THE MONEY BACK

horrible experience was my first time and will be the last for sure stay away. if you looking to spend time with friends or family this is not the place all group of dishonest people they look just for your money service was very poor located in dirty area all what you see in the pictures is fake nothing looks like stay far from this place you ll save time and money

Lack of cleaning. The rooms smell bad. The treatment of the staff leaves a lot to be desired. The food is not comparable to other Riads,... In short, I would not return to this place even if they paid me. A shame to have wasted my vacation here.

Very nice riad, in the very heart of the Medina. The staff is very welcoming starting from breakfast on the terrace which satisfies the view and the palate. We recommend Abdul as a guide for any excursion or trip you want to do!
