Il Riad avrebbe delle potenzialità (la posizione, il patio, la terrazza), peccato che è gestito male , proprietario assente, pulizia migliorabile (es il terrazzo carino ma sporco), manutenzione non fatta ( es scarico del bagno rotto, abbiamo chiamato due volte per farlo aggiustare). Altre due note di colore: il proprietario si era dimenticato di mandarci un driver a prenderci in aeroporto (nonostante glielo avessi ricordato due giorni prima) e al checkout ha detto che se volevo pagare con la carta c’era da pagare 10% in più. In conclusione il riad avrebbe delle potenzialità ma la mancanza di professionalità nella gestione finiscono per rovinare l’esperienza, per questo non lo consiglio.

Con mio figlio Filippo di 21 anni ed una cara amica a metà maggio abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni al Riad Hala. È sta un'esperienza strepitosa che ha superato ogni aspettativa. Il Riad è incantevole,un palazzo berbero del 1364 (se ricordo bene), con camere finemente arredate nello stile del luogo ed un cortiletto interno fresco e bellissimo. Pulizia eccellente,ospitalità eccelsa. Il gestore Abdul (spero di aver scritto correttamente il nome) si è fatto in 4 per esaudire ogni nostro accenno di richiesta con una gentilezza e disponibilità mai viste,anticipando i nostri desideri anche sulle piccole cose,organizzandoci spostamenti e visite con personale affidabile e qualificato, dispendiandoci utilissimi consigli in modo garbato e mai invadente. Ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati ed abbiamo potuto godere appieno della vita speziata della Medina con le sue botteghe ed i suoi negozietti così caratteristici,i suoi profumi e le sue tradizioni. La vista dalla terrazza al tramonto è meravigliosa, godetevela sorseggiando un ottimo the alla menta. Il Riad si trova vicino alla Porta Blu,prezioso riferimento per orientarsi.

Super Riad dans la medina, tout près de Bab bou Jeloud. La chambre est spacieuse et très calme, et il y a une terrasse avec une superbe vue. Personnel très aimable! Nous avons eu un surclassement gratuit pour avoir une chambre avec lit double. Bon rapport qualité-prix, je conseille ce logement a 100%.

This Riad is beautiful. We had booked a room on the top floor which was exhausting at times going up those stairs, but if I come back I’d still book it. The hotel is 10 mins into the medina and if you let Abdrahim know when you’ll arrive he’ll organise transport and someone to bring you through the medina to the Riad. The Riad is on a busy street of the medina, but we never felt like it as our room was peaceful and comfortable. The views are amazing from the rooftop. You can see most of Fez and you’ll see some beautiful sunsets, if the weather permits. The breakfast and dinner we had was amazing. I’d also recommend the orange restaurant you can see from the rooftop, I think it’s called Mom’s Touch. Abdrahim is very helpful and will advise you on Fez. I’d also ask him before you buy something, how much he’s recommend you pay for it. So if you’re looking for a Riad in Fez medina, you need Road Hala.

Nous venons de passer un séjour inoubliable. Le riad Hala est au cœur de la médina, idéalement placé pour visiter. Il est beau, propre et pas trop cher. Mais surtout, l'équipe est GÉNIALE. Abdrahim est à l'écoute, toujours disponible, parle plusieurs langues, trouve toutes les solution pour vous aider. Trouver un grand taxi à bon prix pour une excursion ? Il trouvera. Imprimer les billets d'avion? Il trouvera. Une envie de restaurant particulière ? Il trouvera. Et toujours avec le sourire. L'équipe d'entretien est du même acabit, souriante et disponible. Merci Fatima d'avoir initié les filles au Hammam! Ce qui peut différencier un endroit d'un autre c'est l'équipe !

Reservamos el Riad a última hora en booking. Al llegar allí nos dicen que están completos (cuando en booking lo había reservado). A cambio nos llevan a un apartamento al lado del Riad y tenemos que anular la reserva con booking. Nuestra sorpresa es al llegar al apartamento, que no está cerca, y está muy dejado (el baño era un horror). Insistimos que eso no es lo reservado pero no hay otra opción y ya es tarde. Al día siguiente si que nos alojaron en la habitación prevista. Abdeul, que trabaja allí, se portó fenomenal con nosotras, pero quien se encarga de las reservas fue quien nos engañó. Las mujeres que trabajan allí nos lavaron la ropa a cambio de una propina y fueron muy amables también. El Riad está bien, pero hay que tener cuidado no te la quieran liar.

Excelent experience in fes. I planned 2 days, and ive finally stayed 6 days there. The staff is great, they help you in everything you need to make your stay perfect. So helpful information provided. The location was perfect near the blue gate, considering you are in the medina, which is a great experience. The riad is beautiful
