Excelent experience in fes. I planned 2 days, and ive finally stayed 6 days there. The staff is great, they help you in everything you need to make your stay perfect. So helpful information provided. The location was perfect near the blue gate, considering you are in the medina, which is a great experience. The riad is beautiful

Faltarían estrellas en el firmamento para describir la calidad de la atención de Abderahim, su regente, ante cualquier necesidad de sus huéspedes. Su hospitalidad desborda cualquier expectativa. Por su parte, Fátima, te hace sentir como en casa y los desayunos que prepara son suculentos. Es un lugar muy céntrico y bien situado, en una de las arterias principales de la Medina; está muy limpio y es precioso. Además de todo eso, tiene un precio asequible a cualquier bolsillo. Toda una suerte haberme hospedado en ese lugar, volvería siempre.

Hemos pasado una semana en Fez y Chauen. Fuimos al Riad Hala y encontrar a Abdrahim fue fantástico. Nos recomendó como hacer las excursiones, nos acompañó por la medina, nos explicó cual era el mejor sitio para comer (como los locales), sopa, pollo... nos enseñó los mercados, nos facilitó comprar los billetes de bus y estuvo muy pendiente de que estuviéramos cómodas durante nuestra estancia. Es muy importante confiar en alguien para disfrutar de una ciudad como fez. El Riad muy bonito y las vistas desde la terraza increíbles. Gracias Abdrahim y gracias Fátima, mujer fuerte y sensible . Volveremos

Limited and short breakfast, 1 hairdryer for the whole hotel, no place to hang wet towels when used, no accepted credit card (they recommend you to go to an ATM). They do not have printer for de boarding pass. Perfect location, friendly employes

No hemos podido elegir mejor Riad, Abderrahim el dueño, lo más apañado y amable que os vais a encontrar, super atentos a todo, lo que necesitéis os van a ayudar,cualquier duda o sitio que queráis ver él os va a echar una mano, las chicas que arreglan las habitaciones y hacen el desayuno super amables,el desayuno bueniiiisimo, las habitaciones limpias y muy bonitas y terraza con unas vistas increíbles, 100% recomendado🤩🤩

Had a lovely stay at the Riad Hala. Great location with comfortable and spacious rooms. The staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming, some of the best of service I have experienced whilst travelling as they were so genuine. Would stay again!!

Poche e curate stanze in tipico stile marocchino andaluso rendono magico il soggiorno all’interno del dedalo di viuzze della Medina La cortesia e disponibilità di Abdul sono valore aggiunto, affidatevi a lui per ogni necessità consiglio Godetevi la cena offerta da Riad sulla terrazza all ‘ora del tramonto

Il Riad avrebbe delle potenzialità (la posizione, il patio, la terrazza), peccato che è gestito male , proprietario assente, pulizia migliorabile (es il terrazzo carino ma sporco), manutenzione non fatta ( es scarico del bagno rotto, abbiamo chiamato due volte per farlo aggiustare). Altre due note di colore: il proprietario si era dimenticato di mandarci un driver a prenderci in aeroporto (nonostante glielo avessi ricordato due giorni prima) e al checkout ha detto che se volevo pagare con la carta c’era da pagare 10% in più. In conclusione il riad avrebbe delle potenzialità ma la mancanza di professionalità nella gestione finiscono per rovinare l’esperienza, per questo non lo consiglio.
