The hotel reception staff are warm and considerate. The facilities in the hotel are very good and hygienic. Rich breakfast.

Food was amazing and rooms are lovely! Was a large selection to eat in the morning. Service was above and beyond! The rooms are large and the bed is very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone else when travelling to Fes. In a beautiful location too.

酒店的地理位置比較好，就在老城附近。是當地人開的酒店，所以全是各國遊客入住，幾本沒有本地旅客，估計本地人更喜歡國際品牌酒店。酒店的設施很陳舊，不過還能使用，電梯小的衹能裝三個人，所以我一般都選擇爬樓梯。早餐中規中矩，酸奶蠻好喝的，色拉也OK。總之如果不是旅行團的話，我應該會選擇國際品牌。因為真的很舊，真的很舊，所以樓道里有煙味，估計這是摩洛哥的通病吧。然後在早餐時，就半強迫我們也評價，感覺很不爽哎。

We had a lovely stay. Rooms very clean and breakfast delicious. Staff very helpful and generous. We would recommend this hotel for future travellers. The presentation of the hotel starts in the lobby with beautiful mosaics on the walls. There’s a spa downstairs which we didn’t use but looks like a great and authentic experience.

Bardzo miła obsługa, przepyszne jedzenie, klimatyczna knajpka w hotelu, czyste i ładne pokoje. Bardzo ładny hotel. Na wejściu przywitano nas przepyszną herbatą, pokoje sprzątane codzienne. W hotelu znajduje się hammam. Dobra lokalizacja.

Avons séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. On entendait la musique qui venait du bar, boîte de nuit, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, on nous a donné une autre, donnant sur une rue très passante avec la sortie du bar juste en dessous de notre fenêtre, fenêtres qui ne fermaient pas entièrement, nous avons donc demandé une autre chambre pour la 2 ème nuit, ce n'était pas mieux, pas de double vitrage, et toujours donnant sur la rue et proche de la sortie du bar. On entendait les gens crier et cela jusqu'à 3h19 du matin. Un vrai cauchemar.

Je suis déjà une cliente fidèle à l'hôtel, l'accueil est bien, le séjour était agréable. Nous avons passé une nuit agréable mon époux et moi. Le petit déjeuner était très riche, j'ai beaucoup aimé les blancs de poulet, mon mari a aussi aimé. Je recommande.
