Stayed here for two nights, there were pros and cons. Pros: staff was nice (unless they were asking you to write a review in the middle of your meal lol), nice spa area, clean rooms- ask for more pillows, good options for breakfast. Cons: Spotty connection to WiFi/cellular data, first floor rooms were hearing noise most of night due to busy common areas/restaurant- id just recommend getting a room on a higher floor. Overall an exceptional stay.

Hôtel que je fréquente depuis 2014 Je viens 2 fois l'année mais je trouve toujours un personnel accueillant, professionnel et très disponible. Ils se plient au service des client avec une gentillesse inouïe. Vraiment je le conseille à tous mes amis qui vont à Fez surtout pour faire le pèlerinage.

We stopped here as part of a group tour and found the room comfortable. The in-house internet can be a bit hit and miss in the rooms but in the main areas is OK. Close to some good dining options as the hotels own were closed due to Ramadam. Staff were attentive and friendly.

Bon accueil, belle chambre. C’est Propre. Le restaurant est particulier. Les bouteilles d’eau sont payantes en demi pension, même si vous avez le repas du soir inclus. Le spa est sympa et les massages énergiques et agréables.Le personnel du spa est gentil. Je déplore le manque de pression pour la douche et le manque d’eau chaude le soir.

Nice rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff, comfy beds. WiFi is terrible, but overall a very nice stay. I didn’t opt for the massage but apparently they were very good as well according to other members of our group. Would recommend when coming to Fez
