Locatie van het hotel is prima op loopafstand van de medina van Fez. Voorzieningen in de kamer zijn erg basic, geen kluisje, geen koelkast, geen hangertjes, geen stoel of tafeltje in de kamer. Douche in bad met matige waterdruk. Wc is apart dat is wel fijn. Zwembad is heel klein maar lekker om even af te koelen na een drukke warme dag. Personeel was heel vervelend we werden beschuldigd van het niet betalen van 2 drankjes bij het zwembad die we wel betaald hadden. Bij het diner had ik een non-alcohol moijito besteld en na lang wachten gekregen, uiteindelijk moest ik een alcohol moijito afrekenen omdat ik die volgens de eigenaar had gekregen. Niet besteld en ook niet gekregen. Later op de avond begon de eigenaar er weer over, we hebben toen het verschil betaald om van het gezeur af te zijn. Heel vervelend.

Enorme herrie tot zeer laat in de avond, het lijkt of je in een openlucht discotheek slaapt. Een van de weinige plaatsen in Fez waar alcohol geschonken wordt en dat is inmiddels bij de locals bekend. Afknapper, je doet geen oog dicht. Nooit meer,

Notre séjour à l’hôtel Batha a été globalement agréable. La majorité du personnel est souriant et compétent, les chambres sont propres, et le petit-déjeuner offre un bon choix de produits frais. Personnel accueillant et souriant par contre un jeune serveur au petit-déjeuner manquait de professionnalisme (attitude brusque, peu engageante). Cela a contrasté avec le reste de l’équipe, pourtant très sympathique. Nous aurions sans hésiter donné 5 étoiles sans la mésaventure avec le serveur au petit-déjeuner.

Hotel carino all'interno con più piani e terrazza. Il personale è gentile. Posizione ottima per visitare la città. Tuttavia le camere sono abbastanza vecchie e dozzinali. La sera si sente la musica del bar dentro le stanze ed è difficile riposare. La mattina si sentono le voci delle persone. Il Wi-Fi non funziona nelle stanze. Cena e colazione okay, nulla di che.

Hôtel dans son jus. Les chambres sont vétustes comme tout le reste de l’hôtel . Les chambres sont tout de mème grandes et climatisées. Aucun Wifi dans les chambres. Le personnel est agréable et disponible. Le bar central vend de l’alcool mais est aussi source de bruit tout comme la rue et la sortie de boîte dans le même hôtel. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner sont de médiocre qualité.

Grande struttura se non fosse la posizione infelice della cameretta che danno all’interno perché prendono tutta la musica che ha continuato fin poco dopo mezzanotte, quindi non si riposa tranquilli. Colazione nulla di eccezionale rispetto ad altre situazioni.

Simple, modern and clean hotel, with spacious room. Efficient staff. Room have all amenities, some with balcony. Thought the room was facing the street, it was pretty quiet. Network has a very bad coverage and speed, non-existent in the room.

Location for exploration is perfect! Stayed 2 nights as part of a tour, and have also stayed 2 nights in 2014. Not much changed.! Very quirky décor and design, relic of a bygone age when inhabited by British diplomats. Steps up to bathroom ,sunken bath. Separate toilet. Heating worked fine. Spare blanket available. Normal size single bed, firm, comfortable Swimming pool inviting (but not in December!) clean and in good repair but I do not remember a noisy bar with giant TV ,lights and noise adjoining it on the patio area. My 3rd floor room overlooked the street, but I could still hear noise from this bar. I heard the café opposite packing up chairs and sweeping late night, and again putting it all out early morning, deliveries and street cleaners at dawn. Oh, and the muezzin. This every day hustle and bustle acceptable and somewhat interesting, the bar /TV noise totally unacceptable and incongruous. Breakfast meagre and uninteresting. Did include basics: olives (processed )cheese ,cucumber, tomato ,bread. Weak coffee. Presume better offerings in high season???? Lacked a warm soup or porridge type option.
