Hotel très agréable, chambres spacieuses, rien ne manque Les propriétaires sont sympathiques, à l'écoute et se démènent pour votre bien-être Nous y avons dîner :copieux, excellente cuisine et leur thé à la menthe est du tonnerre :Bravo au cuisinier (très serviable) Je recommande ce riad, très calme et à côté de la médina

Sincèrement une très belle découvertes, une demeure pleine de charme et des hôtes adorables et aux petits soins avec leurs clients sans jamais êtres envahissants. Nous recommandons vivement ce Riad et nous y reviendrons c'est sûr car des 4 Raids que nous avons faits au Maroc (2 à Rabat et 2 à Fès) c'est de loin le meilleur. Et pour les septiques, allez passer 1 heur dans une suite au Riad Tahar à Fès et vous vous ferez votre idée ! L'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires et de leur petit caniche blanc, la gentillesse des (femmes qui travaillent dans ce Riad ainsi que majordome très gentil et dévoué, sans oublier une jeune femme (dont je ne connais pas le statut exact) mais qui est également très gentille et qui maitrise le français à la perfection.

Le Riad Al Andalous, dans une rue calme de Fes, mais proche du centre de la Medina et des endroits les plus intéressants, est un très joli riad, demeure du début du XXème siècle, restaurée avec respect et bon goût, dans un esprit de confort actuel. Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour: par l'amabilité de tout le personnel et particulièrement de Zahra et de Rachid, extrêmement gentils et toujours à l'écoute de nos besoins. Le restaurant vous offre une excellente "cuisine maison".

Tout commence par l'accueil chaleureux de ZAHRA et RACHID sui sont aux petits soins de chacun. Les repas sont des délices de saveur, ils sont confectionnés avec soin et délicatesse, bravo à la cuisinière Un Riad reposant. Relation humaine authentique qu'aucun hôtel ne peut offrir

Very kind and helpful staff. They went out of their way for us, even adjusting diner options for my friend who had a gluten allergy. Walking distance to the medina, very quiet in the night. I would defenitely come back to this riad when visiting Fez again.

Séjour exceptionnel dans un écrin magnifique. Ce riad sort tout droit du conte des Mille et Une Nuit. Beauté, calme, fraîcheur, propreté et authenticité étaient au rendez-vous. Un merci tout spécial au personnel ainsi qu'au General Manager Otmane pour avoir été si gentils et présents pour notre famille. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en geïnteresseerd. Mijn vriend was ziek en de manager was zeer behulpzaam. De licatoe is in een rustoge buurt en op loopafstand van de bezienswaardigheden. Als je wilt regelen ze een betrouwbare gids, zodat je niet naar allerlei winkels wordt gesleept waar je iets moet kopen. De Riad is prachtig.
