It's actually just a B&B, but it says that the front desk is open 24 hours a day. We arrived at noon, but there was no one in the B&B and we couldn't check in. The toilet was blocked at night, and the owner couldn't fix it after half a day. He was unwilling to agree to change the room.

Excellent séjour!
Nous avons passés un agréable séjour en famille, le petit-déjeuner était excellent. La literie très confortable. Le décor est splendide. Et nous sommes très bien situé en plein coeur de la ville historique. Les transferts organisés par le riad, de l'aeroport au riad et du riad à la gare, nous sont permis d' être serieux, et de passer un excellent moment.

Riad typique de Fès. Ahmed est un hôte accueillant, soucieux du bien-être de ses clients. Il organise les excursions demandées aux ptits oignons c'est top. La cuisine faite par Nawelle est succulente. Les chambres sont propres et faîtes tous les jours. Un petit rafraîchissement des salles de bain serait un plus

Très bel endroit, très bonne cuisine. L’accueil marocain, notamment à Fes et particulièrement au Riad Messi est chaleureux et bienveillant. Ahmed est adorable et se met en 4 pour ses hôtes. Depuis le Riad il est possible d’organiser des excusions à la demande. Un guide vient le matin pour éviter qu’on se perde

Although I must highlight Amhed's kindness at all times, the experience was not as pleasant as I expected. I got the wrong room (it was the only one left when I picked it up), and it certainly wasn't at all what I expected. The room was gloomy, dark, with a certain musty smell, no closet, which was missed after spending three nights...and the bathroom was good...apart from flooding day in and day out, it needed urgent renovation. .. I would not stay here again.
