The men at the front of the hotel were warm and welcoming and helped us out with any questions ensured we knew safe ways to get around. Thats where the positives end. Dated rooms with windows that rattle, bathroom that has seen better days and rock hard beds and pillows. Breakfast is manhandled by a man to make it look like its full and never seen replenished except when pastries were returned that someone didnt eat. Needs a massive overhaul. Feel sorry for the lovely guys at recption having to try and put some atmosphere into a place that is long past its best.

The most horrible hotel. Also someone from the Staff touch my clothes in laguage. All not clean. Just food very delicious. Not reccomend for private not reccomend for business. Is in the center ans shopping mall and shops are close so this is good.

Une semaine passée dans cet hôtel pitoyable en famille à 4 : les 2 chambres ainsi que les salles de bain sont vétustes et sales (draps des lits tachés, poils dans les baignoires, eau des douches souvent tiède, odeur de cigarette). Le ménage n’est fait qu’avec notre demande insistante. Le chauffage / climatisation fonctionne très mal et très bruyant, ce qui gêne le sommeil, dans un environnement urbain déjà très bruyant. Le seul point positif : petit déjeuner moyen mais correct et dîner bien cuisiné de façon typique et avec des produits de qualité.
