It's located on a side street in the old town,
and the side street is a bumpy slope, so it's difficult to carry a suitcase.
The room is spacious! (The moment I entered, I thought, "Wow, it's not spacious!" lol) It's quite spacious when you think about it in Moroccan terms, and the bathroom is also very good! (This is important to me as a Japanese person)
The guys are young, but they're working really hard towards their future goals lol They're very kind!!! Breakfast is included, which is a plus.

The lobby of a 400-year-old house is luxuriously decorated, but the layout and structure of the old building are unsatisfactory. The guest room requires climbing up steep and narrow stairs, so it is not recommended for the elderly or people with limited mobility. This place is also inaccessible by car. You have to walk for 5 minutes and it is uphill through messy alleys. There are usually people pushing carts (porters) on the street who want to help you carry your luggage. You will have to pay 3-4 euros depending on the size of your luggage. The taste and charges of their restaurants are reasonable. The front desk will also recommend chartered cars for travel, but we tried the driver and found it average and the charges are not cheap. There are no decent restaurants around. It takes about 10 minutes to walk if you want to eat. For those who want to experience living in a Riad, you may want to try this place with low prices and decent facilities.

Il Riad è decisamente elegante! L'accoglienza da parte dello staff, soprattutto da parte del giovane e brillante Taha, è stata perfetta già prima dell'arrivo, con consigli di viaggio e proposte di servizi molto comodi (ad esempio il taxi prenotato da Taha, una vettura granturismo nuovissima che ci ha portato dall'aeroporto in albergo spendendo poco). Molto bella la camera, anche se nella parte del bagno in cui c'è la doccia ci sarebbe la necessità di un aspiratore per tirare via l'umidità. Ottimo il servizio ristorante, attento anche a chi ha esigenze particolari, come il gluten free per mia moglie, celiaca. La posizione è fantastica: sei in piena medina, a due passi da uno dei souk più veraci di tutta Fes, a pochi minuti a piedi da tutti i luoghi di interesse. Più di tutto, però, volevamo sottolineare la gentilezza, la disponibilità e le attenzioni di Taha, veramente un ospite perfetto: è stato prezioso nei consigli e i nostri figli (10 anni e 13) si sono affezionati tantissimo a lui. Struttura consigliatissima.

My language is spanish but I will try my best. I stayed here for 4 night, with my wife, as part of the honey moon. We stayed in a beautiful and very comfortable room in the terrace. This terrace is wonderful, so relaxing to see the sunset and the night. We had dinner there every night. Food was delicious, lot of flavour and the tables and chairs are super detailed. The most important thing: the people working here, they are as kind as one person can be. They helped us for every doubt, they took care of us and they are funny too, making this a happy place to stay. Marwan and Taha were very friendly and good people, as all of the employees. We leave wanting to come back one day. Thank you
