Dogs barking and howling, called the front desk, little was able to be done till owners finished their dinner. They must have paid more per night while they enjoyed their dinner we had to listen to their dog.

Convenient just off main highway and 15-20 minutes walk to downtown Fernie, which is interesting with nice shops and cafes and a small interesting museum. Hotel is modern , clean , rooms plenty of space. Staff helpful and welcoming. Small indoor pool available. Boston pizza part of hotel and ok if you’re after a quick meal stop. Guests get a 10% discount I think. Breakfast included and fine though not spectacular. Time they replaced over the bath shower and horrible shower curtain with a walk in. Irritating that no room safe . Perfectly good choice for a short stay if you’re out and about.

We had a nice stay at the Fernie Best Western. No major frills to this hotel, but the room is large and clean, and this is a comfortable and convenient choice in Fernie. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Everything in the room worked great. Fernie is a fun town and wish we could have stayed for more than one night!

Front Deck was not helpful at All. No Hot Water. And asked for dis count and was immediately Answered with very Harsh NO. No explanation at all. Beds very old very well used. Hard and lumpy.

This is the best hotel in Fernie - easily accessed as it is off the main road as you drive into town. Breakfast is included and it is pretty good; they offer a nice variety that does change each day. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. A Boston Pizza is affiliated with the hotel and is attached. There are plenty of amenities within walking distance (groceries, liquor store, Starbucks, etc). I would recommend this hotel!!

It's a nice hotel surrounded by mountains with a fantastic 360 degree view from the hotel. The service is great. Staffs are courteous. Guest service is awesome. There was a call from the reception after few minutes of checking in to make sure everything in the room is in order. The hotel has all the amenities at the right place. This hotel is highly recommended.

The hotel is fairly new and feels new. Everything is clean, the rooms are comfortable, the internet and TV work. The hotel looks nice and nothing is worn down. Staff is attentive and asks if anything can be improved. The breakfast is decent, it does not taste like powdered eggs and microwaved sausage, it tastes like it was cooked from real ingredients. Most days, fresh cookies are available at the front desk. The outdoor hot tub is a treat on a cooler evening, especially if you sit where you can get a glimpse of a mountain. The indoor hot tub is fine but the outdoors one is special for someone who doesn't normally have access to one. Everything in Fernie is expensive (the nature of a tourist town) but the ratio of price to quality for the hotel is acceptable. I don't regret choosing the Best Western.
