設施：酒店入住率比較低，空調噪音大，不制熱，不像高檔酒店，設施一般
衞生：房間裏飛絮較多，床上有毛毛
環境：説是別墅，整棟房子上下2層，裏面有幾間房
院內環境還可以
服務：真是半星都不想給，説是高檔酒店，服務連快捷酒店都不如，首先位置比較偏僻難找，打前台電話衹告知讓自己再看，酒店前台跟洗浴中心一個大廳，但是説是獨立經營的，沒有管家帶領到房間，沒有歡迎水果，沒有茶水，全程靠自己去找，別墅內沒有專人負責，早餐沒有明顯標識，種類非常少，前台電話永遠沒人接，這種服務怎麼好意思賣1千一晚的，是宰客吧，想去的希望慎重考慮

房間非常棒，有室內温泉，全屋智能，環境衞生非常好，美中不足的是空調出風口內不知道是什麼情況，不知道是不是傳説中的監控，早餐非常的樸素，和高大尚的房價不成正比！

孩子想泡温泉專門訂了有院子温泉和室內温泉的別墅，一晚兩千多，説實話這個價格在淮南也算頂流了，但是服務真的不行，首先下午兩點了去辦入住，告知房間衞生還沒有搞讓等着，第二，院子温泉和室內温泉水温下午就説不行讓晚上再放水，晚上九點了再讓放水還是衹有22度不能泡，早餐品種也很少，總之很失望不會在去了
