房間整體不錯，但是前台存在不規範操作，續住有優惠前提是先退單重新按要求下單。入住不提醒早餐餐廳位置以及時間。餐廳就餐不核對客人是否包含早餐服務

整體還好，位置也不錯，打車去鳳凰上7塊錢，早餐也乾淨衞生，晚上睡的也挺安靜的，我住在14樓，白天視線特別好，額外説一嘴，這鳳城市沒有網約車，衹能打出租車，有時還拼客
