物超所值！雖然是個不規則的房間但是大小還不錯，設施也很齊全，前台小姐姐服務態度也很好，退房也很快捷不需要按金等退房。這個價位能住到這樣的酒店，太滿意了！

看到圖片環境很不錯，就嘗試預訂了一下。看到有差評也是有點擔心。但是説實話，可能這個東西還得是看個人，訂的房在背陰面…想調到陽面，前台小姐姐很熱情。服務態度也很不錯。環境跟圖片確實相符。打開攜程覺得還是評價一下比較好，評分與實際不符，我覺得挺不錯的居住感覺。每個人的感覺不一樣，可能也就是碰到特殊情況了才會給差評吧。下次還住這裏…哈哈哈，對得起我花的錢吧，謝謝酒店的熱情服務啦…有些差評還是不能太認真。滿意滿意！

和朋友來爬鳳凰山在網上看了好多家酒店，最後訂的這家，真的很不錯酒店位置，環境都不錯，房間也挺大的，床很舒服和家裡的差不多，前台小姐姐的服務也很好，因為天氣熱還主動問我們需不需要提前把空調打開，小縣城的酒店性價比算是很高的了，下次來還住這裏！

每次來鳳城都住這家酒店，距離鳳凰山高鐵站都很近，前台服務很熱情，因為沒有早餐還貼心的贈送了伴手禮牛奶麪包，點贊👍🏻房間很乾凈，全屋都是智能的，推薦大家！！
