上海出發，自駕敦煌的第一站。意料之外的驚喜。路過合肥是為了吃上朋友推薦的餐廳，吃完已經很晚了，準備找酒店住下。攜程很聰明，很清楚我的喜好，推薦了我這家酒店。看介紹環境不錯，就定下了。晚上開車來會有點沒底，會有大段沒有路燈的鄉村小道。但是靠近酒店，驚喜就來了，極其寬敞便利的停車場，設計感的大堂，我就知道，八九不離十，訂到不錯的酒店了。酒店服務前置做的非常好，管家會主動加微信，並組建服務團隊的微信羣。酒店遇到的所有工作人員的精神面貌都非常棒，會主動打招呼。十點到達，管家會打手電引導入住。進房間後有衹蒼蠅跟着進門，管家小姐姐二話不説去提着蒼蠅拍就回來沖上去打掉。酒店房間出乎意料的大，地暖空調，這幾天降温，很舒服。關鍵中的關鍵，房間晚上幾乎一點設備噪音都沒有！難得沒帶耳塞就能睡的好酒店。早上很早就醒了，精神很好，早餐後從車裡取了漁具，興致很高的甩了幾桿，天冷，空軍。吹了一上午風淋了雨，回房間舒舒服服泡個澡，愜意。臨走特別不捨，居然把釣魚墨鏡落在酒店。告知管家孫平，小孫姑娘特別認真，幫我從釣魚地到停車場到房間找了個遍。最後在沙發靠背後找到了。主動提出快遞送達到方案。服務意識和能力遠超此價位酒店。值得專門寫一篇評論來表揚。往再接再厲，保持水平，已成為今後合肥出差的指定酒店。再次感謝管家孫平。

A great experience, especially praise Lele and Xiao Deng. The whole itinerary was warm and intimate. People had not yet turned on the air conditioner, boiled water and prepared fruit.
