員工服務態度差，衞生一般！
訂咗兩間房間，去到使用自助房間取房機時，竟然只能取得一間房間，另一間房間的訂房編號卻沒有記錄，所以未能經系統正常取得房間！😤
同一時間，另一旅客亦發生同樣事情，酒店員工未能適當應便及處理。
