員工服務態度差，衞生一般！
訂咗兩間房間，去到使用自助房間取房機時，竟然只能取得一間房間，另一間房間的訂房編號卻沒有記錄，所以未能經系統正常取得房間！😤
同一時間，另一旅客亦發生同樣事情，酒店員工未能適當應便及處理。

J’ai effectué une réservation par erreur à l’Ibis Budget Fécamp via eDreams, puis j’ai contacté l’hôtel avant la date du séjour pour demander l’annulation. Le directeur m’a confirmé par e-mail qu’il était "d’accord pour l’annulation". J’ai transmis cette réponse à eDreams pour obtenir le remboursement. Après plus de 3 mois d’attente, eDreams m’a finalement informé que l’hôtel refusait le remboursement, malgré l’accord écrit que j’avais reçu. Ce manque de cohérence et de clarté dans la communication entre l’établissement et le prestataire a été extrêmement frustrant. Résultat : aucun remboursement, malgré ma démarche anticipée, polie et documentée. Je déconseille cet établissement si vous réservez via un tiers (comme eDreams), car vous risquez de ne pas être protégé en cas d’erreur ou d’annulation légitime.

Arriver à 14h, comme indiqué dans le mail! Le code de réservation ne peut être obtenu car notre téléphone est déchargé! On nous met à la porte... On nous informe que nous n'avons rien à faire à l'intérieur et qu'il faudra attendre 16h pour pouvoir accéder à notre chambre! La femme de l'accueil est extrêmement désagréable. Elle communique avec ma fille comme s'il s'agissait d'un chien! L'hôtel est à éviter absolument!

Nous avons passés 2 nuits dans cet hôtel et tout était nickel, le personnel accueillant et sympathique, aussi bien les personnel des chambres que l'hôtesse a l'accueil. Vraiment un super moment passé dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont propres et bien entretenu, la wifi est gratuite et c'est très bien. Et oui les chambres sont un peu petite, mais on le sait lorsque l'on réserve !!! Alors nous disons encore merci au personnel si sympathique. Continuez ainsi. Un couple d'Evreux. L’Accueil est correct, l’ hôtel est propre. Le buffet petit déjeuner est très bien. Par contre les chambres sont trop petites… dommage ! propre mais vraiment trop petite. On peut à peine circuler autour du lit. Pas de double porte comme certain Ibis budget donc bruyant côté couloir.
