It's a spectacular hotel, with details in every corner that make it cozy. Very quiet, perfect for relaxing. The staff is very friendly, especially Simone, a guy who was always attentive to our needs. Breakfast is a great experience, from the decor to the food: 10/10. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The pool is nice and quiet. The Wi-Fi works well. It has good parking. It's close to everything, a 5-10 minute drive. The lunch and dinner restaurant is also very good. I also had a problem with the reservation (my fault, the mistake), and the front desk resolved it quickly. I would definitely return to this hotel. Es un espectáculo de hotel, con detalles en cada esquina que lo hacen acogedor. Muy silencioso perfecto para descansar. El personal es muy amable especialmente Simone un chico que estuvo siempre atento a resolver nuestras necesidades. El desayuno es una gran experiencia desde la decoración del lugar y la comida 10/10 Las habitaciones limpias y hermosas. La piscina es linda y tranquila. El wifi funciona bien. Tiene buenos estacionamientos. Es cerca de todo en coche a 5-10 minutos. El restaurante de almuerzo y cena tambien es muy bueno. También tuve un problema con la reserva (culpa mía el error) y en la recepción me lo solucionaron rápidamente. Sin duda volvería a este hotel.

Ho avuto una pessima esperienza lo scorso anno a Pasqua e ho deciso di dare un altra possibilità e ho pranzato con amici il 2 giugno uscendone ancor più deluso. Non vale i soldi che paghi ho trovato un menu povero e piatti miseri. Camerieri persi nessun metre nessun direttore nessuno che accoglie o chiede come va come ci si aspetta in posti del genere. Un posto dove prevale l’home made mi portano un tiramisù congelato. Purtroppo sono troppo abituati ai turisti stranieri che non capiscono nulla della nostra cucina pugliese.

Io e la mia amica siamo state nel ristorante di masseria monte Napoleone per un pranzo e devo dire che siamo rimaste entusiaste. Personale attento e disponibile, menù alla carta con rapporto qualità prezzo giusto. Errore però nel conto finale, poiché invece di 2 calici di vino, ci avevano calcolato 2 bottiglie di vino. Nel fargli notare il loro errore, il ragazzo alla cassa ha subito provveduto a recuperare l’errore con scuse annesse. Nonostante ciò, siamo state bene. Ci ritorneremo con piacere!

Stayed at this Hotel 23MAY-26MAY25. I pre-booked and PAID the VINEYARD dinner €150 per person. Do NOT waste your MONEY on this event. If the weather is really bad due to storm, windy,rain and you are unable to attend due to BAD WEATHER they take your MONEY and WILL NOT REFUND you. I DO NOT RATE this property even a 1 STAR. This Hotel is one of the WORSE HOTELS I have ever STAYED IN. STAFF RUDE One of the restaurant staff was so rude to me in the main restaurant I left in TEARS even though I was a HOTEL GUEST. I did not return to this restaurant which was DIFFICULT when it is the ONLY RESTAURANT a HOTEL GUEST can eat at for LUNCH & DINNER. The AIR CONDITIONING wasn’t working properly it took 3 different people to FIX IT, the COFFEE MACHINE didn’t WORK PROPERLY in the room. I was UNABLE to CHARGE my IPad or Iphone when my charger or adaptor did not work - they had NO extra cables or chargers for Hotel guests to use. I don’t even rate this property 1 star ⭐️ don’t WASTE your MONEY on a Hotel that is only trying to LOOK GOOD on INSTAGRAM and SOCIAL MEDIA. When you have stayed there you will SEE it’s all for the LOOK only on INSTAGRAM. There are some gorgeous Masseria’s near by to stay in that have incredible staff and are 5 star. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY staying here or BOOKING AN EVENT at MASSERIA MONTENAPOLEONE - you will THANK ME.

Beautiful hotel in stunning grounds with lots of olive trees some over 1000years old and a vineyard. The hotel is made up of separate buildings within the grounds. Our room was lovely quite quirky with lots of unusual objects and up-cycled furniture. Large bedroom with a comfy bed and a sitting room. Outside was a seating area with a sofa a couple of chairs and coffee table with lots of beautiful flowers in pots. Breakfast was served inside or out again beautiful setting with fresh flowers lots of homemade fruits and produce on offer. It’s best to book the restaurant we had lunch once and a few dinners there. I found the menu was the same and being vegetarian not so much choice. I ask for something different and they obliged one of the evenings. The wine was good and they gave you breads and their own olive oil to try 1000yrs, 100yrs and a young one. All different and delicious. The hotel offers lots of activities pasta making, cooking courses and the spa has many treatments. We didn’t participate in any as we found them all to be quite expensive. Lovely pool area and you can walk around the grounds where the olive groves are.

Siamo stati ospiti in questa masseria proprio oggi, in occasione della comunione di mia figlia Greta. Tutto eccellente, dalla cura degli allestimenti, al cibo, tutto fresco e ottimo e al servizio davvero impeccabile. Gli spazi sono curati e pieni di personalità. Davvero un posto che non dimenticherò facilmente. Siamo stati tutti benissimo e la mia bambina era molto felice. Consigliatissimo 😍
