La mia esperienza in questo ristorante è stata purtroppo negativa. I piatti ordinati erano mal eseguiti e i condimenti poco equilibrati. Anche la presentazione lasciava a desiderare, come se fosse stata preparata in fretta. A fronte di questa qualità, i prezzi erano sorprendentemente alti, senza alcun rapporto con il valore reale delle portate. Un peccato, perché l’ambiente avrebbe potenziale, ma la cucina e il rapporto qualità-prezzo sono decisamente da rivedere.

Grande deception sur la qualité de cet hebergement. Avons passé 3 nuits ( 4-7 juin) dans la chambre Aranci, en rez de chaussée d'un petit jardin d'orangers, où nous avons été obligés d'y vivre constamment dans la pénombre, avec les volets fermés car pas de rideau aux fenetres et le jardin n'etait pas vraiment privatif , des clients venant s'y reposer sur le hamac suspendu entre 2 orangers. Aucune autre fenetre dans la chambre et ces portes fenetres en RDC nous ont obligés à dormir sans pouvoir beneficier de la fraicheur de la nuit et d'une ventilation normale. On avait l'impression de dormir dans une boite ( les petits vasistas de plafond n'etant pas suffisants) Pas suffisamment de rangement pour le linge plié dans la chambre, que tringles pour vetements longs et encore pas trop longs. Chambre beaucoup trop chère pour ce niveau de confort insuffisant. Grande capacité d'accueil , pas vraiment intime comme les autres masseria, beaucoup de famille avec jeunes enfants, donc pas vraiment de tranquilité à la pîscine ( dans laquelle on ne peut vraiment nager mais barboter) . Proximité immediate de l'autoroute que l'on entend quand on est dans le jardin et piscine. Bon petit dejeuner copieux . La masseria est bien renovée et joliment décorée pour les espaces communs . Nous ne recommandons pas, rapport qualité prix inadequat.

Das Personal (beginnend vom Check-in, bis zum Frühstücksservice bis hin zum Check-out) nicht gastfreundlich, mit wenigen Ausnahmen. Man fühlt sich als geduldeter "Geldgeber", jedoch nicht als willkommener Gast. Beim Frühstück warteten wir fast bis zum Ende, bis wir Kaffee erhielten (Guiseppe? war alles andere als motiviert...). Es fehlt der gute Geist, jemand, der ein Auge darauf hält. Schade! Es wäre ein so schöner Ort (sehr schön eingerichtet, quasi jede Ecke sehr "instagrammable", wunderschöne Masseria in der Mitte von 13000 Olivenbäumen), aber wir können ihn nicht vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen.

Sembra di tornare indietro nel tempo, il Borgo San Marco offre un'esperienza unica per chi vuole staccare dal tran tran quotidiano e gustare gli ottimi prodotti della cucina pugliese. Sono celiaca e mi hanno preparato tantissime pietanze senza glutine. La piscina è bellissima, il servizio cortese e gentile.

Very nice property/grounds with beautiful landscaping. nice spacious rooms with beautiful high ceilings. Great dining with local foods served in the dining area. Amazing breakfast which is included.
