Questa struttura è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Il personale cordiale e molto disponibile. Accoglienza eccellente, pulizia delle camere impeccabile. Da provare il loro ristorante dove preparano delle pietanze davvero deliziose. La colazione squisita dal dolce al salato con molta varietà. Particolarmente consigliato per le famiglie con bambini sono molto attrezzati. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente, posizione strategica fronte allo zoosafari comodissima anche per raggiungere le altre bellissime città nei dintorni.

Ho soggiornato in un hotel dello stesso (Castel Miramonti) gruppo. Per questo la cena ed il pranzo erano al Sant'Elia. La cucina era buona, all'altezza delle aspettative. Qualche pietanza surgelata (minestrone e panzerotti) era comunque mangiabile e di qualità. Perché non ho dato il massimo del punteggio? Perché i camerieri erano sempre arrabbiati, vigeva la "dittatura" sui posti a sedere (eravamo in un gruppo) e soprattutto sulle pietanze ordinate il giorno prima che dovevano essere per forza quelle. Va bene la rigidità sulle pietanze, ci sta, però i camerieri (soprattutto il capo cameriere) dovrebbero essere un po' più empatici e sorridenti. Ne va della struttura che è comunque molto bella e curata (parlo delle aree comuni poiché non ho soggiornato in struttura.

Dieses Hotel kann man nur für Besucher des Erlebnisparkes empfehlen. Es gibt sonst nichts in der Umgebung, für alles benötigt man ein Auto. Das Personal ist bemüht aber unser Aufenthalt war trotzdem furchtbar. Der Pool war gesperrt, was auf der Seite der Buchung nicht deklariert war. Die Matratzen waren unter aller Würde, ich musste mehrfach nachts aufstehen vor Schmerzen. Vermutlich sind sie so alt wie das Hotel. In unserem Zimmer waren Ameisen und es gab den ganzen Tag und die ganze Nacht einen unangenehmen Pfeifton. Der Spielplatz am Hotel reicht gerade für ein Kleinkind.Mein Kind wollte die ganze Zeit wieder heim. Das Frühstück ist ein schlechter Witz, es wird aus einmal Plastik Bechern getrunken und es gibt nur minderwertiges Essen. Einmal waren weder Wurst noch Käse am Buffet, nur Süßigkeiten. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, dass man 3,50€ extra dafür zahlen müsste. Der Kaffee war okay.
Wir haben uns mehrfach beschwert aber es hat niemanden interessiert.

Struttura comoda per posizione vicinissima allo zoo , cucina ottima ( siamo stati lì pe la colazione e la cena ) . Da migliorare le stanze poiché abbiamo trovato della muffa alla finestra coperta dalla tenda e infatti si sentiva puzza di umidità, letti e soprattutto i cuscini da cambiare ,troppo scomodi

Grande déception !!
Nous avions réservé pour 3 nuits mais compte tenus de certains éléments nous avons souhaité l’écourter à 2 nuits.
En effet, cet hôtel est très familial avec beaucoup d’enfants ( prés d’un parc d’attractions) les repas avec une fiche à compléter ressemblent à une cantine très bruyante.La qualité des repas laisse vraiment à désirer, le petit déjeuner est très basique. En plus le lendemain de notre arrivée pas d’eau chaude pour se laver. Comme nous étions très déçus par la prestation rapport qualité /prix nous avons demandé le remboursement de la dernière nuit dont nous ne souhaitions pas profiter mais ils n’ont consenti qu’a une remise de 50%. Par contre il est à noter que le personnel du restaurant est très aimable. Sinon l’hotel en soit est propre.

Praticamente davanti l'ingresso dello zoo. Stanze grandi e pulite. Colazione ottima, solo dolce. Per il salato un piccolo supplemento, ma vale la pena. Perfetto

Great hotel for families
The hotel was conveniently located for the purpose of our trip (we came for a wedding), the food at the hotel was very nice and so was the pool. However, the hotel was packed with families and quite noisy. I think it is a great place for families, but perhaps not if you want to go as a couple and have a relaxing time.
