I think this is the worse for business travelers. It’s not clean. Hot water doesn’t work. The reception and housekeeping won’t answer the phone ever, you have to go to first floor to complain. The breakfast seemed like a leftover from days before. Won’t recommend

The hotel is ideally placed for the annual Surajkund fair. The hotel is very good with all amenities. We were a large group of family and friends. The hotel also has a pool. WiFi was not provided. Breakfast was included, but service was not up to the mark. The servers were just standing and not at all responsive to our demands. Items were not being replenished in the buffet even on intimation to the staff, and they refused to serve on the table. Also, we saw one of the staff having wipped coffee, so we demanded the same for us, but we're refused that it was unavailable. We wipped the coffee ourselves and gave it to the server to at least mix milk and serve us. The service needs a lot of improvement.

This place is like second home since 2020. All the facilities are commendable. You dont get such ambience n facilities in this price. The front desk is v supportive. Himanshi at the front desk is a gem in hospitality. The rooms are always super clean with hygeine. The room service is also extremely prompt. The food here is also a must try. Their biryani is crazy whether veg or non veg.

It was an awesome stay i really liked the pool , breakfast , and mostly two people from housekeeping Mr Arun and Bheem who did my room decoration by request. It was my husband’s birthday the entire stay went too good me and my family enjoyed it The only drawback was that the hotel electricity goes very frequently and they had connect room television automatic so in the night it was very disturbing that every time when light goes and come Tv starts automatically I couldn’t sleep properly But still I will give good ratings because of housekeeping job

Had a Very pleasant and comfortable stay at Goldfinch Faridabad with family. All Staff and housecleaning staff(Jyoti) were very supportive and helpful. Rooms were maintained clean and neat. Kudos to entire team for making our stay a comfortable one.
