The room was clean and tidy and the staff was very welcoming. Very standard Western breakfast, nutritious. Unfortunately, the washing machine was broken during our stay and we drove out of the laundry room.

Hotel service is OK, breakfast is not bad, there are several supermarkets around, very convenient for shopping.

We got off to a bumpy start as the original room assigned had been left unclean. The friendly staff quickly relocated me into a new room and were also able to provide the cooking utensils I requested. (some locations had not been able to do so). The staff is what saved the stay.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the highway, but quiet. The air conditioning sound is acceptable, the hygiene is good, and the breakfast is pretty good among similar free breakfasts. There is a microwave and a refrigerator, and I am satisfied overall.

I use to stay here when it was Hawthorne suites and it seems the new owners have only half stepped with the hotel. The breakfast is basic, eggs and sausage Pattie’s with the bagels and English muffins being cut into smaller portions. No cereal or fruit. The pool is closed and the laundry room is closed ( although there was a sign saying it would be open on the 5th, it was not ) the gym is extremely small with no ventilation and huge piles of towels blocking a good majority of the floor. The rooms have had the carpet removed which is great however the walls need to be deep cleaned. Towels are extremely small. Water pressure in both the bathroom and kitchen is terrible. They no longer provide wash cloths for the kitchen or dish soap. It’s not terrible but there is for sure room for improvement

The room is large, the facilities are a bit old, but very clean. Breakfast is American breakfast, buffet style, coffee, tea, drinks, sausage, eggs, bread, yogurt, fruit, cereal, all. There are not many varieties but nutrition must be there. The location is opposite SORINGFEILD MALL, very convenient, the only problem is that the pool is not open, it is said to be seasonal. The next day of check-in, we may have raised questions, and the front desk marked the instructions. The gym is not big, we still use it every day. I stayed for 7 days in total, and I didn't clean up the room one day. I don't know why. Other prices are very good value for money. In addition, the child's little genius watch could not be found, and after checking out, he went back to find it. The front desk brother was very enthusiastic to take it back to the room to find (have been cleaned) and asked the floor cleaning staff. Although he did not find it, he also thanked the brother for his responsibility.

As long as I go to Washington, I live here. The parking lot is very large, and it is 20 minutes to get to the core area on the highway. It is more convenient than living in the city. There is a Vietnamese rice noodle shop on foot, and dinner can satisfy the Chinese stomach.

Sure enough, like the comments in the review area, clean and can cook noodles. Just got off the plane, took my son, hungry. I didn't dare to go out to find food when I was at night, but I cooked a bag of noodles. I cooked another pot of tea and went to the fire. The facilities are good and very satisfactory.
