The single room is compact and suitable for rest after a day of sightseeing. The soundproofing of the room is not very good, but the heating is sufficient. The front desk was warm and thoughtful when checking in, and explained carefully. The hygiene of the carpet in the room needs to be improved. The hotel is close to the high street.

Stayed here for a night in December and was very impressed! Room was very cosy and staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

We were there to send my child off to university, this apartment is strategically located just 5 minutes from main walking street. Safe and easy to walk around, it is a very cozy and homely suite which made the trip so much more pleasant. All the staffs were so helpful and friendly. The room itself is good enough for 3 adults, well equipped with kitchen appliances for easy cooking, and the garden were also fantastic spot to have a drink. Highly recommended

very friendly welcome - nice clean rooms- managed to get parking on the street after 6pm but noticed there were some spaces in the carpark down the street (carpark opposite is for residents only after 6pm). toilets and bathrooms clean and tidy, had a sink in the room which was very useful. Kettle with tea/coffee facilities. wardrobe plenty of room for storage. location is great, just a couple of minutes walk to the high street. recommended!

Had a fantastic weekend in Exeter, made extra special by the staff at Bendene Town House. We found the room very comfortable and we had everything we needed. It was lovely having coffee on the terrace in the morning. We mostly dealt with Emily on reception and she was absolutely delightful, really cheerful and helpful.

Comfy bed, plenty of pillows. Could do with black out blinds. Room not as big as others but for the price very decent location. Noise travels unfortunately. Weird door layout for bathroom, toilet not strong flushing. Shower decent. Would stay again.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean with good view. The location of the hotel is also good. It is close to two train stations, several restaurants, a co-op, and major attractions, which makes my stay in Exeter a lovely memory.
